Supplying and instalation of high tensile rolled cable net having apperture size not more than 300mm in one direction and minimum logitudinal tensile strength 100 KN/m and Punchuring resistance 200KN Comprising of minimum 8mm dia wire rope cable with minimum breaking load 40.7 KN. The Tensile strength of wire of cable should be 1770 N/sqmm having corrosion protection of Zn Coating Class A or 95 % Zn+5% AJ class B(Galfan) Coating as per ISMSO-17746-2016 for treatment of slopes including all cost material (net,boundary roape & rope anchor etc. comprising of the complete system), Labour Special Labour and T&P required to complete the work in all respect in accordance with drawings. Technical Specification and as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge Product Manufacture shall have in house test facility for conducting logitudinal tensile strength and punchturing resistnace test and shall be responsible for carrying out both test (longitudinal tensile strength & Punchuring resistance ) during the POI per lot in presence of represntative of E-C on his expenses.

Supply and fixing of Double Twisted Mesh including all cost of material, labour and T&P required to complete the work in all respect with following properties: a. Mesh type : 6x8, Mesh opening : 60mm X 80mm b. Mesh Wire dia. 2.2/3.2mm (ID/OD), mechanically edged/selvedged with galvanization as per EN10223-3, and shall have minimum 16 numbers of mesh openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist. c. Tensile strength (500 Mpa) at a minimum elongation of 10%. The minimum tensile strength of the meshpanel must be 34.0 kN/m (+/-5kN/m) in the parallel to the twist direction and 13 kN/m in the perpendicularto the twist direction in accordance with the requirements of IS 16014:2018. d. Zinc Coating: The coating weight shall be heavily coated and soft type confirming to the requirements of specifications IS 4826:1972. Adhesion of Zinc Coating: No flakes or crack shall be observed while testing for adhesion of zinc coating as per IS 4826:1972. * ID/OD - Internal diameter/Outer diameter of Polymer coated wire.
