The important information given under the technical capacity header which is specifically related to prior work experience is: - For tunnel projects, the sole Bidder or any member of the Joint Venture shall have completed at least one tunnel project in the last 10 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date. - The completed tunnel project should have at least 50% of the cross-sectional area of the tunnel to be constructed or a cross-sectional area of 2 lane highway tunnel, whichever is less. - The completed tunnel project should have 20% length of the tunnel to be constructed in this project. - The cost of such project shall be at least 20% of the Estimated Project Cost or Rs. 1000 crore, whichever is less. - A project shall be considered to be completed, if more than 90% of the value of work has been completed and such completed value of work is equal to or more than 20% of the Estimated Project Cost or Rs. 1000 crore, whichever is less. - The entity claiming experience should have held, in the company owning the Eligible Project, a minimum of 26% equity during the entire year for which Eligible Experience is being claimed. - The capital cost of the project should be more than 5% of the amount specified as the Estimated Project Cost. - The entity claiming experience shall, during the last 5 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date, have itself undertaken the construction of the project for an amount equal to at least one half of the Project Cost of eligible projects. - The Bidder shall have received payments for construction of Eligible Project(s) over the past 5 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date, with a sum total of more than Rs. 282.40 crore. - For normal Highway projects, the Bidder should have completed at least one similar work of 20% of Estimated Project Cost, which is Rs. 56.48 crore. - The threshold technical capacity for each member of a Joint Venture should be 20 percent or more. - The Experience Score for Eligible Projects situated in an OECD country shall be further multiplied by 0.5. - For demonstrating technical capacity and experience, the Bidder should have undertaken construction works by itself in a PPP project, with a payment of more than Rs. 282.40 crore. - The Bidder should have completed at least one similar work in the last 15 years for normal highway projects and 10 years for standalone specialized projects. - The completed value of work should be at least 90% of the value of work, and the completed value of work should be equal to or more than 20% of the Estimated Project Cost or Rs. 1000 crore, whichever is less. - The cross-sectional area of the tunnel to be constructed should be at least 50% of the cross-sectional area of the proposed tunnel or the cross-sectional area of a 2-lane highway tunnel, whichever is less. - The length of the tunnel to be constructed should be at least 20% of the length of the tunnel to be constructed in the project or 2 km, whichever is less. - The span of the similar Major Bridge/ ROB/ Flyover project should be equal to or greater than 50% of the longest span of the structure proposed in the project or 100m, whichever is less. - For Stand-alone specialized projects, such as Major Bridges/ ROB/ Flyovers projects, the Bidder should have completed at least one similar project in the last 10 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date, with a cost of at least 20% of the Estimated Project Cost. - For Tunnel projects, the Bidder should have completed at least one tunnel project in the last 10 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date, with a cost of at least 20% of the Estimated Project Cost or Rs. 1000 crore, whichever is less.Similar work or eligible projects given in technical capacity experience include: 1. Construction in core sector with a factor of 0.75 2. Highways sector with a factor of 0.5 for projects situated in a developed country which is a member of OECD 3. Core sector, which includes civil construction cost of power sector, commercial setups, airports, industrial parks, logistic parks, pipelines, irrigation, water supply, sewerage, stadium, hospitals, hotel, smart city, warehouses, oil and gas, and real estate development 4. Widening / reconstruction / up-gradation works on NH / SH or on any category of road taken up under CRF, ISC/ El, SARDP, LWE with a loan assistance from multilateral agencies or on BOT basis 5. Construction of stand- alone bridges, ROBs, tunnels w.r.t roads, with a percentage of 20 percent or more of the Threshold Technical Capacity.
