Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made and CPRI tested outdoor type floor mounted on PCC Plinth. LT panel board cubicle type panel board suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system having double bus bar chamber with air insulated PVC sleeved with heat shrink of colour code on copper bus bar of rating 600 Amps for phases and 300 Amps for neutral fixed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be weather proof, dust and vermin proof IP-54 class protection and fabricated out of 3.0 mm CRCA sheet duly powder coated after seven tank process and pedestal of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick MS angle iron frame work. the panel shall be both front and back openable type adequate space all around acessories such as LT switchgear and measuring instruments on both sides including internal wiring in the panel with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volt grade marked or PVC sleeved copper strips of appropriate size as per standard in practices and including comprising of followings acessorties , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. M&L MCCB TPN 160 Amps , 415Volts, 25KA ,3 Pole, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n. exc. 50 M away, depositing as directed at level n. exc. 1.5 M above starting point , Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Modular switch 1 way 10A, 1 module, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix ,Ceiling rose surface bakelite two to three terminal , Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F LED Light luminaries Square type 36W suitable suitable for Modular/pop/Gypsum ceiling with starter, connector block, etc,complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible conductor of copper with PVC square blocks of size 600mmX600mm for fixing the fitting, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Earthing complete with GI plate electrode 60×60cm ×3.15mm size & copper strip 20 x 3 mm brazed with copper plate buried in ground not less than 1.5 Mtrs deep with PCC chamber complete all as specified and as directed means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass check nuts and washers of brass including necessary earth work, PCC chamber , CI cover with frame, funnel, mesh, Earth lead protection pipe, 7.5 Meter Earth Lead etc all as shown in electrical plate No 5 in SSR Part-I and connected to earth test point/LT Panel/Transformer including testing on completion all as directed by Engr in-Charge

(e) White cover plate with frame, 8 module

Taking down sub main wiring of any size/capacity complete all as specified and making good disturbed sufaces to match with the existing surfaces ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Guarden Light LED type 40Watt 230 Volts AC Outdoor type with decorative light for 360 dergee indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete, the same fitting to be fixed in PCC foundation round/squre shape, complete all as specified and directed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix single pole and neutral enclouser with a two pin and earth and metal clad plug socket complete with one single pole MCB 25 Amp 240 Volts , Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED Light fitting Mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED Lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete with 100lum/watt, CRI 70, Surge protection 4 KVA , Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Supply and lay in trenches / along the wall / floor pipes GI light grade of size 50 mm with and including all fittings and accessories for cable protection , Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Electric storage water heater (Geyser) 25 Ltrs capacity, 230 volts, single phase, 50 Hz, of rated power 2000 Watt, rated water pressure .8 Mpa incl all accessories including taking down unservviceable geyser from existing place & deposited into AGE E/M (AF) Mumbai store yard and making good for disturbed surfaces, including water connection arrangement with sutable Hot/Cool Pipe, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl Item No 6.00 above but for one socket outlet 15 Amp on independent board with 2.5 Sq mm cable and 1.5 Sq mm earth wire, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe custodyor for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

One light point controlled by two 2-way switches, cable 1.5 sq.mm size

M&L Point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 4 Sq mm, with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sq mm stranded for earth continuity wire, to be drawn in and including, PVC medium grade Conduit not less then 20 mm width with modular metal sunken switch with face plate for modular switch complete with brass screws with cup washers including all necessary wall cutting and making good disturbed surface for ONE SOCKET OUTLET 15 AMP ON INDIPENDENT BOARD , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note : (1) Making good to match with the adjoining surface shall be included in the unit rate.(2) Rate is inclusive of Cutting/chases of wall/floor/ceiling

Supplying & Laying, connecting and testing GI pipe 25 mm bore medium grade including necessary fittings in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and lay in trenches / along the wall / floor pipes GI light grade of size 80 mm with and including all fittings and accessories for cable protection, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix of Ceiling rose surface bakelite two to three terminal , Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay of LT UG cable XLPE with aluminum conductor multistranded 1100 volts grade in armored, heavy duty electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area of size 70 sq mm 3.5 Core, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & Laying, connecting and testing GI pipe 15 mm bore medium grade including necessary fittings in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

NOTE :-The unit rate includes for cutting the brick walls to accommodate DB to make flush to wall./ DB tobe fixed on wall including frame made out of MS flat 40x5mm(2).The unit rate includes for making good the disturbed surfaces including finishes to match with the adjoining surface

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark “LT CABLE” class LV type1 flat size 250x150x40 mm laid in trenches, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling unserviceable main switch/ kitkat DBs/ MCB including wooden board from existing position and making good disturbed surfaces of wall to match with existing surfaces , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
