Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement/cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

Material and labour for 60mm thick machine pressed glossy finish precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size & Colour M-35 grade with grey cement no pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 including complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for coloured glossy finish chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30 cm x 30 cm x25 mm thick with grey cement and pigments, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke soot, moulds, moos efflorescent and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coats of cement base paint (white or tinned) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brickwork, masonary and making good disturbed ground surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde- E-250) quality-A all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description and in any position complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders,walk ways; railings con forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete and all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, as in surface channel, drains, manholes, copings, ground floors and pavings of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement:3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required including demolition of existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking down cement of cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including ranking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 35 mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings using cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.50 mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 complete including dismantling of old detoriated jallies.

Material and labour for MS work conforing to Fe-410-0 of Fe-310-0 Grade for fencing posts and struts in fencing including cutting bending top to shape as directed drilling holes matching for barbed wire, including fillet on back side of fencing post and all necessary drilling work complete and all as specified and directed.

Material and labourrendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including 3% WPC complete all as specified and directed (WPT shall be measured separately).

Restraining and resecuring of barbed wire including removal & refixing of concerntina coil wherever required in single/double security fencing/on security wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick, PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in floor/Hardstanding finished even and smooth wihout using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 25mm thick crushed stone dust/sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surface over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cms width or girth & applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer ccomplete all as specified and as directed.

Racking out joints/pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncorsed or brought up to courses masonry built in cement or lime mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast RCC hume pipe septic tank 10 user capacity designed to carry seewage and sludge water, including excavation in any type of soil,PCC (1:4:8) below foundation, vent shaft, connection type. as per TD drg No. CEPZ/91/TD/47M sheet 1/1 dt 10 Apr 2008 including demolition of existing septic tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix 10mm dia and over round bars cut to length bent to shape for stiffeners etc and similar work complete Fe 410-W Gde 250 complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 5 ot 10mm dia of shank with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the othere, each screw end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pre cast cement concrete solid block masonry with solid block of the grade C1 (1:3:6) set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement conc 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in Foundation filling, mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings & straining and fixing to any type of post including screwing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples as directed including taking out existing damaged barbed wire complete and all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamal paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel plain black sheet in steel gates and similar work 1.60mm thick cut to size, holes punched: including round headed screws, clout nails or rivetes and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning upo mitred angles, etc as required and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick average thickness for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling chainlink fencing of any gauge & size not exceeding 4 Kg/Sqm complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping/benching and the like including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Applying stamping finish to the top surface of freshly laid plain/ reinforced concrete in pavements/paths, including placement of concrete and screeded to the finished grade, and floated to a uniform surface by using standard finishing techniques. The approved colour hardener @2.7 kg/sq. m shall be applied evenly to the surface of the fresh concrete using the dry shake method by sprinkling in two or more shakes, floated after each shake and trowel led only after the final floating. The approved release agent @0.113 kg/sq. m shall be applied evenly to the trowelled surface before stamping. While the concrete is still in plastic stage of setting, the stamping tools shall be applied to the surface. After stamping, the curing shall be done as per manufacturers specifications. After initial curing, the imprinted joints shall be grouted using cement slurry mixed with colour hardener as per the requirement. The surface shall be sealed by applying acrylic based sealer on finished surface. The construction joints shall be provided by groove cutting of size 4 mm x 20 mm in panel size 3 m x 3 m or lesser as per the site conditions and filling the same with 10 mm baker rod and providing and laying PU based joint sealer of approved make as per manufacturer’s specifications all directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks upto 2000 litre capacity, including removal of settled sludge,setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs,cleaning , by chemical cleaning etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in position as in same position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of precast interlocking paver blocks/ Chequered tiles laid dry of any description thickness & size complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces (Plastered or un-plastered) of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link fencing using 3.15mm dia GI wire mesh including line wires, any mesh, size & type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.
