Goods Lift (2000 Kg) capacity in(G+3/G+14 Storey) in Bldg RIS & R-10 bldgs ( Total 02 Nos Lift)

Note : - (i) Two mechanic shall be available round the clock at lift complaint cell for safe & smooth functioning of the lift and to carry-out rescue operation. (ii) Rewinding of motor if required will be done by the contractor and no extra cost will be given by the department. (iii) The detailed duty mechanics of the firm shall report to the JE Concerned at the Lift complaint cell i.e. R-12 building . New Navy Nagar for receiving the complaints at round the clock daily including sunday and holiday. (iv) The detailed lift mechanics shall sign ( Their shift wise) in the attendence register kept with lift cell.

Schedule A Part-II Taking down old unserviceable cabin fan from car cabin and supply and fixing new cabin fan non oscilating type axial flow, single speed 300mm sweep, 240 volts ISI mark with grill complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :- EMCO /VBM /CINI

Replacement of automatic door drive unit with motor on car top with VVVF of 1 HP capaicity all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Yasakara / Sneider as approved by Engineer- in - Charge.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable safety edge of any type supply and fixing full beam infrared sensor upto full length of car doors (2.00 mtr) for (6 Ps),& (8 Ps) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : WECO/MEMCO.

Disconnecting and taking out defective unserviceable main drive (any type) from existing control panel and supply & fixing the new main VVVF drive upto 11 KW, in G+6/G+14 Storey Building,complete with all electric connection of following capacities: Make: YASKAWA/FUJI.

Taking down and supply and fixing hooter with emergency call announciator working on 12 Volts with audibility 90 DB @ 100M distance with complete accessories like push button switches, and wiring alongwith box including connecting cables

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable ARD and repair of ARD for proper operation including necessery wiring with machine and controller consisting of the following :-

Replacement of PCB Card, relay with control wiring for G+5 storey building.

Replacement of sealed maintenance free batteries ( Set of Four) each of 12 volts, 18 AH ( Five year maintenance free)

Taking down old unserviceable Chequered plate and supply and fixing Aluminimum Chequered plate of 5mm thick duly fixed with nuts, bolts, washers,screws and covers with aluminimum angles section of size ( 40x40x4 mm thick) on corner of cabin in and including plateform base of 10mm thick plywood of 06 PS/13 PS/Goods lifts

Taking down old unserviceable OSG Pulley from the position and supply and fixing New OSG Pulley both top and bottom for 06 PS /13 PS/Goods Lift as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: As per existing

Disconnecting and taking out old/unserviceable travelling cable from hoist way and supply and fixing new travelling cable PVC Insulated 24 Core with stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 0.75 Sqmm conforming to relevant IS including criping with lugs appropriate thimples complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out old/unserviceable Governer rope of size 8 mm dia (8/19 Construction) ungalvanised including necessary connection with pulley in machine room and shaft pit complete with clamps, nuts bolts, and washers etc, for high rise building for 6/13/Goods lifts

Taking down old unserviceable main steel wire rope after disconnecting old wire rope from counter weight, pulley and car cabin and supply and fixing new main steel wire rope 13 mm dia, ungalvanised, 8/19 construction in and including necessary connection with counter weight, pulley and car cabin with clamps, nut, bolts and washers etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.in 6/13 /Goods Lift, G+5/G+6/G+16 Storey buildings.Make : USHA MARTIN

Replacement of unserviceable ARD control system and commissioning and testing of new ARD system suitable for upto 7.5 KW motor including wiring with connected items in existing G+5 Storey building 06 Passenger lifts 415V,50 Hz,3 phase with a speed of 1.2 mtr/sec comprising with maintenance free battery 12 V, 18 AH (04 Nos five year Maintenance free battery, Make Exide/Amaron) to match with the existing capacity motor and controller system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Location -F-4(W)

Taking out unserviceable baterries from existing ARD and supply and fixing new maintenance free battery 12 V, 26 AH (06 Nos five year Maintenance free battery) including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-charge. Location-RIS bldg goods lift

Taking down old/unserviceable cabin side panels and supply and fixing side enclosures on three side of cabin made from SS 304 grade sheet, 1.2mm thick, hair line finish and stainless steel 1.2 mm thick sheet false ceiling with cut out for fan, fan grill, LED lights etc suitable lift cabin having 06 ps capacity, including safety instruction, Do & Dont board, emergency numbers etc for as per existing witdh and depth in 06 Ps lift complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Location- F-4(W), Asha-5

Taking out old/unserviceable landing door from various floors and supply and fixing new landing door comprise of 02 No power operated auto tele/centre opening for 700/800 mm openign by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel 1.2 mm thick sheet, flush type complete with door headers suitable for 06/08 Ps lift including necessary cutting opening in in masonry work & making good the distrurbed surface to match with exising complete in bldg all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge. Location- F-4(W), Asha-5

Taking out old/unserciceable Car door from car cabin and supply and fixing new car door comprising of 02 No power operated auto tele/centre opening for 700/800 mm openign by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel 1.2 mm thick sheet, flush type complete with VVVF door drive unit (Make-Yaskawa/Schneider) with card air card aluminium sill edge full beam infra red sensor aluminium safty in full length complete with headers all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Location- F-4(W), Asha-5

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable old landing push button box alongwith illuminated call button with control wiring supply and fix landing push button box alongwith illuminated call button with control wiring for G+14 storey building complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable COP assembly for G+5/G+14 storey building, supply and fixing new car operating panel assembly completed with illuminated push button for floor position alarm, non stop door open , door close, cabin fan, cabin light stop, attend out key etc with direction indicator,with LED display with CPI card of stainless steel face plate in and including necessary wiring for laminating push button of each floors and cutting wall, making good disturbed surface with machinary work to complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for 18mm thick mirror polished black granite slab, machine cut mirror polished cladding with chamfered/rounded edges approved decorative design including 20 mm thick screed bed or backing coat 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) and pointed in white cement mixed with pigement to match with shade of granite for lifts architrave at all floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Breaking, chipping, cleaning of the existing surface of lift pits and repair to concrete cracks after opening in V groove and filling with PMM (1:3) admixed with Shalicrete. Injection grouting to be done at 30 cm c/c with cement slurry admixed ShaliGrout IP @ 1kg per 50kg bag of cement (STP Ltd or eqnt). Application of primer & 2 coats of ShaliCem-EWP as per methodology and as per manufacture instruction and making the lift well completely seepage and dampness free complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismatling and taking out unserviceable old control panel and control wiring and supply and fix new CAN BAS Integrated Drive based collective control panel in hinged MS powder coated cabinet with control wiring comprising with multiple microcontrolled programmed chip based controlled by pulse modulation, complete with all safties such as thermal overload protection, over current protection, auto phase reverse link to each other in net work and compitable to 18 KW/24HP capacity VVVF drive including proper connection with proper lugs, terminal connectors screws and motor connection with galvanised sheet trunking 24 SWG including wiring of main motor with suitable size of stranded copper cable etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Schedule 'A' Part - III Manning & operation of electrically operated lifts (6Ps, 08 Ps & 13Ps) per Bldg, of any make and capacity daily 08 hrs in one shifts from 0600hrs to 1400hrs, including cleaing, taking care of entire lift installation from any pilferage, theft or damage etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for R-6, R-8, R-12, R-14, R-18, R-24, R-27, R-32, Tula, Brisabh, Dhanush, Mesh, Mithun ( Total 13 Buildings) for lift attendent (11 Months) (1x13x11= 143 ) Notes :- (i) Passes will be processed alongwith (after verification on signed certificate, Pass shall not be granted without submission of qualification proof & experience certificate for lift operator. In case of OEM, the qualification mentioned in note is not applicable which shall be verified by Engineer-in-Charge before issue of passes (ii) Contractor shall submit ID proof, Residential proof, Bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engineer-in-Charge before employing a person as Operator (iii) Payment to employees shall be done by crossed cheque through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per act in vogue. In case payments are made in current coin or currency notes, contractor shall submit certificate alongwith undertaking of employee that asking for payment other than by cheque or by crediting in the bank account of the empolyee. The contractor shall submit proof to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment. (iv) Lift operator (semi skilled) shall be available with lift cell as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in-Charge or Lift Cell in-Charge. In case of emergency he will function according to their direction. If he is found absent or move without intimating to in-Charge of Lift Cell or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs 1500/- per shift shall be affected.

(v) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addition to the penalty as specified above. (vi) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator shall intimate to the lift cell. (vii) In case of any necessity for rescue operation or accident, Rescue Operator shall be capable of rescue the passenger and reacting to the situation (accident etc) Rescue operator engaged for rescue operation shall immediate attend the complaint within 30 minutes failing which penalty at Rs 500/- per hour or part thereof shall be levied (viii) Contractor shall submit the labour licenece VAT as applicable as per latest laws/acts & Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (ix) Insurance coverage, compensation if any applicable or necessitated due to mis operation of lift shall be the responsibility of contractor. The quantum of compensation shall be assessed based on the BOO composing of Lift Inspector of Maharashtra State, representatives of both agencies carrying out M&O works and routine maintenance work of lift and members from department. (x) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF subscription made by him as applicable as per latest laws/acts alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment. (xi) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable.

(ix) The bidders are advised not to quote rate less than minimum fair wages as circulated by competent authority . If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost as given in Sch A Notes at Page No 15 the lowest bidder will have to depost FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid (cover No 2). (x) The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated cost as given in Sch A Notes at Page No 15 and amount quoted by lowest bidder for respective item. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees, the department shall have right to with hold the said amount which will be verified by GE. The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amount to be withheld shall be final and binding. The withheld amount will be utilised by GE for payment to employees if contractor fails to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released. If the lowest bidder fails to deposit the amount as stated above within 07 days, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid shall be rejected. The contractor shall submit 03 Nos of BGNs/FDRs of equal amount as mentioned above. The BGBs/FDRs validity shall be for 04 months, 08 month & 12 months respectively for the purpose of encashment release as the case may be. (xi) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliver whenever necessary as required and directed by the Engineer in charge.
