Manning and operation of electrically operated lifts of any make type and capacity to serve any floors 08 hrs daily including taking care of all lift from any pilferage, theft or damage at INHS Asvini Hospital. Note -03 Nos Lift operator (Semi-skilled) are required for various lifts as mentioned below from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs including Sundays & holidays :-

Manning and operation and rescue operation of electrically operated lifts of any make type and capacity to serve any floors 08 hrs daily ie (one Shift of 08 hours per day ( 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) by 01 No Lift operator (Semi-skilled) including taking care of all lifts from any pilferage, theft or damage etc, at INHS Asvini Main Hospital building including Sundays & holidays ( All Lifts).

NOTE FOR SRL ITEM NO 1.00 to 3.00 ABOVE (i) Each lift operator should be provided with uniform and items required for cleaning of cabin like cleaning solution, cloths, plastic chair. (ii) List of lift operator cum rescue operator employed should be submitted along with Police verifiation, Educational qualification, address proof, bank account details, experience, training certificate and get approval from Engineer-in-charge before incorporating in work. (iii) Lift operator should also have practical experience and shall posses thorough knowledge to rescue the passenger in case of emergency like anybody getting trapped in lifts with the help of lift operator. (iv) Payment to Lift operator shall be done through aadhar linked bank account through IMPS/RTGS/NEFT only and wages which shall not be less than minimum fare wages as per Act in vouge. The contractor shall submit payment proof to Engineer-in-Charge beforeclaiming any payment. After entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge the payment action shall be processed further. (v) Lift operator shall report at lift cell as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in-Charge or Lift Cell in-Charge. (vi) In case of emergency he will function according to their direction. If he is found absent or move without intimating to in-Charge of Lift Cell or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs. 1500/- per shift shall be affected. (vii) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addition to the penalty as specified above. (viii) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator shall intimate to the lift cell. (ix) In case of any necessary for rescue operation or in emergency situations, lift operator shall be capable of rescue the passenger and reacting the situation (in emergency situations) Rescue operator engaged for rescue operation shall immediately attend the comlaint within 30 minutes failing which penality at Rs. 500/- per hour or part therof shall be levied. (x) Contractor shall submit the labour licenece as applicable as per latest laws/acts & Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority.

(xi) Insurance coverage, compensation if any applicable or necessiated due to mis operation of lift shall be the responsibility of contractor. the quantum of compensation shall be assessed based on the BOO composing of Lift Inspector of Maharashtra State represntatives of both agencies carrying out M&O works and routine maintenance work of lift and memebers from department. (xii) Duty roaster for lift operator cum rescue operator should be submitted before starting of month and to be get approval from Engineer-in-charge. (xiii) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator shall intimate to the lift cell. (xviii) The bidders shall not quote rate less than minimum fair wages including other statutory requirement such EPF and ESI including GST as given at para 19 of Sch A Notes. If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost, the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid.

(xix) The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated cost and amount quoted by lowest bidder for respective item. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees and other statutory requirments like EPF and ESI, the department shall have right to withhold the said amount which will be verified and confirmed by GE. The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amount to be withhold shall be final and binding. The withhold amount will be utilised by GE for payment to employees if contractor fails to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released. If the lowest bidder fails to deposit the amount as stated above within 07 working days, it shall be treated as willful negligence of the bidder with ulterior motives and such tenderer shall be banned from bidding for a period of six months commencing from the date of opening of Financial Bid . The contractor shall sumbit 03 Nos of BGBs/FDRs of equal amount as mentioned above. The BGBs/FDRs validity shall be 04 months, 08 month & 12 months respectively for the purpose of encashment/ release as the case may be. (xx) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliver wherever sundays & holidays are mentioned for working (xxi) Quoted rates should include Stationary,Uniform,Shoes,log book and all safety equipments/ Harness which shall be included as part of contractors profit.

M & L for repair/ maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrical lift Make - OTIS & Schindler make with power operated door, simplex collective control system with replacment of unserviceable damaged parts such as bearings, bushes, all type of guide shoes, headers, hangers, door ropes, door cards, car door sills, landing door sills, door locks, control cards amd its contacts, hall push buttons and its spares, connector/links, welding of cracked /broken and MS parts, Landing operating Panel of any size and capacity, repairs/maint of u/s damaged door safety edge and sensor mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact, car position indicator and all connected accessories, necessary wiring of hall push button assembly, repair/maintenance of broken COP/LOP buttons and display, including cover, Fire alarm, Firemen button glass, Intercom, alarm/hooters, Shaft, light/switches & Maintenance of auto rescue device (ARD) complete with illuminated push button and direction indicator with LED display with LPT/LPC card of stainless steel inclusive of harness wiring for laminating of push button of each floors and cutting wall making good disturbed surface with masonry work to make with existing surface & cable as per requirement for safe operation of lifts, fixing of loose rail bracket with necessary masonry work, cabin, minor repair of cabin light and minor repair of cabin fan, ensuring safe and smooth functioning of lift and complete maint of car top, binding of loose wire at control panel and rust painting at car top and door and allied parts, two coats of Painting of Gear motor, all MS channels, Control panels and spary painting of doors completely, dewatering of lift wells in case of any emergency arise, rewinding of motor all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. for the following lifts:- Note : Cost of spare parts/material man power required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance.

10 passenger lift capacity for lift No. 01, 03, 06, 15 (Total = 04 Lifts) at Hospital Bldg.

16 passenger lift capacity for lift No. 04, 07, 08, 11, 12 (Total = 05 Lifts) at Hospital Bldg.

20 passenger lift capacity for lift No. 05, 14 (Total = 02 Lifts) at Hospital Bldg.

20 passenger lift capacity for lift No. 02, 13 (Total = 02 Lifts) at Hospital Bldg.

1000/500 KG goods lift capacity for lift No.09, 10 (Total = 02 Lifts) at Hospital Bldg.

NOTE FOR SRL ITEM NO 4.00 ABOVE (i) The Contractor has to carry out the AMC of the Lifts through OEM or authorized rep of OEM only. (ii) The AMC should cover any/all parts of Lifts its function found defective the same should be repaired or replaced by the OEM as per the timeline covered under norms. (iii) Lift mechanic (skilled duly trained in 2 No for all the lift mentioned above in General shift including Sunday & holiday. (iv) Lift mechnic should also have practical experience and shall posses thorough knowledge to rescue the passenger in case emergency like anybody getting trapped in lifts with the help of lift operator. (v) Lift mechnic having Diploma qualification with at least 02 (Two) years practical experience and shall posses thorough knowledge of all parts of lifts. (vi) Contractor shall submit ID proof, police verification, Residential proof, Bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engr-in-charge before employing a person as, Lift mechnic. (vii) Each lift should be inspected by Govt authorised lift Inspector and obtain certificate in this effect be submitted to AGE (I) Asvini as per Maharasatra Govt Lift Esclator Act.

(viii) Rewinding of motor if required will be done by the contractor and no extra cost will be given by the department. (ix) The detailed lift mechnics of the firm shall report to the JE concerned at the Lift complaint cell for receiving the complaints at round the clock daily including sunday and holiday. (x) Cost of minor spare parts/routine material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate except items mentioned here-in-after. NO addition cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. Decision of the Accepting officer shall be final & binding regarding minor spares/routine material. (xi) Monthly schedule for proper maintenance of lift and necessary documentation including the period shall be as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (xii) All minor spare parts and parts required for repair/repalcement for maintenance & erection of lifts to be repalced during AMC at no extra payment. (xiii) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator shall intimate to the lift cell.

Supply & fixing in repairs factory made control panel dust and vermin proof using 1.5 mm thick powder coated MS sheet with suitable locking arrangement for simple, collective and selective operation using multiple microprocessor, logic cards, Main boards PCBs, relays, Indicator lamp, protection controls with all connected electric & electronic componets suitable for all lifts of any capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs traveling cable PVC insulated 16 core with stranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade of size 0.75 Sqmm conforming to relevant IS including thimbles, suspended type freely move with car cabin up and down movement between ground and upper floors including necessary proper connection with mid way junction and other connection required in circuit complete ar INHS Asvini complete all as per specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply & fixing in repairs CI main pulley suitable for steel rope 13 mm dia including necessary bearing, bush washers , nuts, bolts , repairs to mechanical break assembly suitable for all lifts of any capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing and testing in repairs VVVF (Variable Voltage Variable Frequency) Drive control unit of capacity 11 KW Make : Yaskawa, Model : L-1000, complete all as specified and as directed ny Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation and testing in repairs Main Control Logic Board suitable for of any capacity passenger lift of OTIS make Lift including all connected accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs Energy efficient LED fitting 6/8W, not less than 120 lumen per watt of existing shape including necessary electric connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs cabin fan non -oscillating type axial flow, single speed, 300 mm sweep, 240 volts ISI marked with grill complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs ARD control panel including maintenance free battery of capacity 12 V 17 AH set of 04 Nos including connected components like battery terminals, copper cable luggs etc, including replacing unserviceable parts like PCBs Transformers and other electric/electronic components complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs door sensore system assembly with new edge along with full beam infrared sensor upto full length of car doors suitable for of any capacity passenger lift of OTIS make Lift complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs 12 V 17AH set of 04 Nos. for ARD devices including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs stainless steel landing door comprising of 02 No power operated centre opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel with header and connecting assembly complete having hair line finish flush type panel of thickness 18 SWG to match with the existing opening of the lift complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs stainless steel car door comprising of 02 No power operated centre opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel of thickness 18 SWG with hair line finish (N-304) flush type panels complete with removable header, hangers, door drive unit for motor with full beam infrared sensor up to full length of car door, aluminium sill with all fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs stainless steel false ceiling 1-2 mm thickness to lift car including fixing new blower, Led light of suitable capacity and wiring complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs hooter with emergency call announciator working on 12 Volts with audibility 90DB@ 100M distance with complete accessories like push button switches and wiring alongwith box including connecting cables. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs mother board for ARD panel with all connected electric & electronic components suitable for all lifts of capacity 8 passenger mentioned in complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable Car Operating Panel (COP) for G+6 Bldg with connections and Supply, Installation and testing of new illuminated push button for floor position, alarm, non stop, door open, door close, cabin fan, cabin light , emergency light, stop attend out key , Auto & manual operating system etc and direction indicator audio vishal indicator, including Floor Calling/Indication display Panels (for each floor) complete with CPI card of stainless steel plate including connection/wiring complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable Land Operating Panel (LOP) for G+6 Bldg with connections and Supply, Installation and testing of new illuminated push button for floor position, and direction indicator audio visual indicator, including Floor Calling/Indication display Panels (for each floor) complete with CPI card of stainless steel plate including connection/ wiring complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
