Plantation including labour for digging out pits for trees of suitable size (but dia not less than 400mm and depth not less than 500mm), in soft/loose soil, manually or with using auger and planting healthy Trees/Sapling/Shrubs of specified height in the pits, refilling the pits with prepared mix of earth duly mixed with cow dung, neem khali, DAP, chloropyriophos etc in the appropriate proportions as specified and directed complete. Manure/Chemicals etc as required are included in the rates of planting.

Supply & Fixing of tree guard having minimum dia 60cm and of height 1.50 mtr. Tree guard shall be made of ISA 20 x 20 x 3mm, FL 20 x 3 mm and expended metal having min 2 mm dia of wire and aperture of mesh 40 x 40 mm. Legs of Tree guard shall be 1.50 mtr long - 03 Nos made of ISA 20 x 20 x 3 mm and Expanded metal of height 1.20 mtr shall be fixed with Circular frame of dia 600 mm - 03 Nos made of FI 20 x 3 mm. Tree guard shall be finished with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Notes for item No 01 to 03 above : (i) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include the cost of all T&P, transportation charges, loading & unloading, royalties, municipal taxes and other lavies time being enforced.(ii) Laying/spreading/mixing charges etc shall be deemed to be included in the respective item of schedule 'A' for development of Area/site.

Surface dressing n exc 15cm deep and averaging 15cm and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated soils, material exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed

Maintenance of arboriculture including spreading of organic manure obtained from animal excreta duly composed, chemical, removal of waste leaves watering and replacement of dry plants in 1st year maintenance.
