M&L for premixed bituminous, macadam over primed surface of road using paving bitumen any penetration,laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) . Binder contents of premixed macadam shall be 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified in SSR and as directed. Note :- (i) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined as per IRC 27: 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of ₹ 57 per kg.

S & F in repairs road convex mirrors outdoor type made of one piece polycarbonate plastic of size 80 cms dia, outdoor type, mounted on steel frame including all fixing arrangements and necessary foundations (300mm X 300mm X 450 mm with M15 using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing in repair LED powered solar road studs of size not less than 110 mm X 110 mm X 25 mm ( with shank height not less than 50mm) made of weather resistance aluminium alloy and poly carbonate material electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating. Protection shall conform to IP65 in accordance with IS: 12063-1987 Category 2 for protection against water ingress. Mono-Crystalline Solar Panel 2.4 V / 0.3 Watt. One Ni-Mh or NI-cd Rechargeable Battery (1.2V / 1600 MA). The cats eye shall support a load of approx 10 TON weight. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35 ± 5 degress to base. The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The stud shall provide a viewing distance of not less than 800m. The studs shall be flushed onto the to the Road surface and fixed using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repair metal delineator 1100 mm long X 100 mm x20mm MS Rectangular (medium grade) powder coated and pasted with twin colour reflective tape strips embedded 200 mm below ground level (approx 2-3 Kg weight) including excavation and PCC M15(Nominal Mix) with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of size 200 mm X 200 mm X 200 mm and making good surface complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair for cat eye plastic body having two ways reflector with abrasion resistant lens including fixing arrengement as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and dircted.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 mod complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs of speed bumps breakers made up of ABS plastic PU material rubber and black & yellow colour of size 500mm x 350mm and 74mm with both side aluminium plated reflector, antiskid UV resistence moisture and temperature including fixing using anchor bolts and epoxy mortar grout complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs rumbler strips of made up of ABS plastic PU material rubber and black & yellow colour of size 500mm x 100mm and 15mm with aluminium plated reflector, antiskid UV resistence moisture and temperature including fixing using anchor bolts and epoxy mortar grout complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair of fancy design SS garde 304 street LED bollard having minimum weight of 11.30 Kg, diameter of 100mm length of 1.00m at top and bottom diameter of 180mm using 100 mm polycarbonate glass milky white with 12 watts LED module light of philips/fulham driver having adequates number of connectors and one power supply kit as per manufacture requirement and provide bothside hook for fixing chain link necessary provision for fixing on road all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- Item includes connection to main electric supply from near by electric sources.

S & F in repair of cross section dia of 10mm stainless steel 316 grade medium link chain between bollards, having outside width of 38mm ,inside length(pitch) 41mm , well polished fiixing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for LED curb stone of size 500x150x200 mm made out of 5 foundation rods ensuring complete protection against theft and having a LED strip of lenght 470 mm with 22 nos LED which is plastic coated and having adequates number of connectors and one power supply kit as per manufacture requirement all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- Item includes connection to main electric supply from near by electric sources.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Cautionary /warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900 mm with support length of 3650 mmand made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet,face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflectivesheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colourcombination subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S complete and directed..

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, 20% glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T & P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removal of rubbish off the site all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor & paving n. exc 15 cm thick (below or above GL) unreinforced complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete (type B2 1:2:4,40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain Cement concrete 100 mm thk type C- 2, 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) as in flooring and other similar works complete all as specified & directed

Material and labour for crushed sand filling under precast interlocking paver blocks and all other similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick (with grey cement and no pigment) , set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rubber moulded glossy finished precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-40 Grade laid over sand cushning including compaction of paver blocks using surface vibrator all as specified and directed. Note :- Sand cushioning shall be paid separately under relevant item.

M&L rubber moulded glossy finished precast grass concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-40 Grade laid over sand cushning including compaction of paver blocks using surface vibrator all as specified and directed. Note :- Sand cushioning shall be paid separately under relevant item.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Supplied and fixing framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes , framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of watertanks and similar work conforming to FE 290 Gde -E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening whereverrequired complete.

S & F in repair 110 mm PVC pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints ,laids in trenches or in floor for making drainage opening complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for preperation of new concrete kerb stone surfaces and applying two coats of retro-reflective enamel paint of any colours and patteren ,of Berger guidline/Dulux trade line marking paint (as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling cast iron work of any description complete all as specified and directed

S & F Cast iron work grade FG 150, unmachined, in brackets, gully traps, gratings, railing, frames, manhole covers, fire and soot doors, dampers, stop valve boxes, gate stops, parts of ranges, balusters and similar articles exc 5 kg by weight complete all as specified and directed .
