Taking down existing defective LT under ground cable of any size from trenches complete all as directed

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & lay in trenches double walled corugated HDPE pipe 50 mm dia high density for protection of under ground cables( Note: pipe couplers with seal, bends, end covers etc are deemed to be included in rate quoted)

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removing of excavted soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr from starting point and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point including spreadind complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective street light fittings of any type and any wattage. for Inspection / checking /finding faults /repairs/replacement of parts, including thorough cleaning of acrylic perpex cover and refixing the same in existing position after carrying out necessary repair/replacement of parts, complete including testing etc for smooth functioning all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Repair/replacement of parts( after taking down fitting) required will be measured and paid separately in relevent items of schedule as supply and fix .

M & L in replacement for bracket made out of GI tubing 40 mm dia,light grade 1.5 mtr long including fixing with MS clamps -2 Nos made out of 40 mm wide 4 mm thick flat iron with M.S nuts bolts 75 mm long 12 mm dia -4 Nos with flat washer (3mm thick) -02 No for each including painting with aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide to the M.S clamps & bracket etc complete all as directed at site.

S&F supply and fix in repair PVC insulated stranded unaroured Copper conductor cable 1.0 Sqmm flat/ round three core 1100 volts grade for street light complete all as specified and directed

Taking down of High masts light and refixing it after replacing /repairing defective items all as specified and directed. NOTE:-Spares required will be paid seperately.

M & L for breaking plinth of street light pole, taking out loop of existing UG cable of any size, cutting the damaged portion of cable and reconnecting it to the New/ existing street light junction box with and including proper aluminium lugs clearing the site complete all as specified and as directed at site.

Supply and lay in replacement 40 mm bore GI tubing light grade, ISI marked, for cable protection at road crossing/floor/wall/ on poles or at any indicated situation etc duly sealed at both end after drawing cable including necessary clamps,saddels etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1 :3 :6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate incl necessary form work for coping of poles etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation for pole including necessary form work all as specified and directed

Taking down old us poles any type & Supplying, install and errect in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded pole in replacement complete with cast iron/MS base plate 6mm thick and of size 300x300mm, final taper, pole cap, bolts, nuts, washers & screws etc. pole made out of ERW M.S. tubing conforming to IS-2713 part-II type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metre long) LT including of holes of reqd Nos and size for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting pole No the black paint by stenciled letters /figures of 8 cm height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note:1. Excavation and PCC works will be measured and paid separatly in respective items.)

Excavating in post hole size 0.6 Mtr X 0.6 Mtr X 1.65 Mtr depth for installation of LT pole 9 mtr long ,in any type of soil and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm.

M&L in replacement Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,bolts,washers, welding , bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts,in any shape or sizes as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat and two coats of alluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for scrubbing out old paint,rust etc from 9 Mtr long pole and making smooth and even suface then painting with one coat of anti rust paint and two coats of superior quality aluminium paint on entire exposed portion of pole structure including all fitments on pole and writing pole number with 2'' size with white paint lettering on black base all as directed at site .(work shall be completed in the stipulated period as directde by Engr -in -charge ).

Taking down old us poles of any type & supply, install & errect in true vertical posision galvanised steel octagonal poles 7 meter long with side mounted decorative type single arm bracket for mounting street lights of 3 mm thick sheet , bottom dia 130 mm and top dia 70 mm finial tapered complete with MS base plate of size 220mmx220mmx12mm, foundation bolts, nuts, washers & screws.The poles shall be hot dip galvanized as per relevant Indian standards with average coating thickness of minimum 70 micron. the material of pole HT Steel Conforming to grade S355JO & that of base plate is Fe 410 conforming to IS 226 / IS 2062. The Octagonal Poles shall be in single section. There shall not be any circumferential weld joint. Pole drawing along with details of base plate , foundation bolts and foundation details (RCC) shall be submitted along with pole. (Note: excavation, RCC foundation as per manufacturer drawing & specification, foundation bolts with nut & washers, Decorative type single arm for mounting street light, connector block for 3phase+ 1nutral for cable termination & MCB SP 10 Ams & pole cap is deemed to be included in rate quoted)

Dismantling carefully the existing OH line of worn out/ defective ACSR conductor of any size from its position by necessary disconnecting of conductor.

M&L earthing GI Strip complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm size by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified. Note: The unit rate includes earth strip and protection pipe upto (maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate) earth point/test point.
