M&L Providing Cement concrete in roof kerb or mud stops,rounded or chamfered on edges mm graded (12.5 mm) aggregate type B0 1:2:4 in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 25mmx4 mm size by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified NOTE: The unit rate includes earth strip and protection pipe upto (maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate) earth point/test point.

M&L Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm buried in ground means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip.

Dismantling of motor 7.5 HP 3 phase 415 volts, 50 Hz from the pump set and repairs to motor by taking out burnt out winding completely without damaging to the other parts cleaning slots and M & L for rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of appropriate gauge and number of turns etc complete and heat varnishing including replacement of DE/NDE and reassembling and refixing in the same location and testing for its proper functioning complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 35 above but 5 HP motor.

M&L Calibration of electromagetic flow meters at Dharna pumping station with the make of adept reference CWPRS Camp-on Flow meter and submitted the calibration reports to department all as specified and as directed at site .

Supply and fixing ,testing of CVT (Constant Voltage Transformer ) for water meter of Dharana Pumping station Aux Supply :180 VAC to 260 VAC , Output Voltage : 230 VAC/ 50HZ capacity to connect with supply mains water meter complete including nut, bolt, washers and gasket etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fill Lubricant oil MAK HYDROL 68 (In cane of 5 Ltrs each) suitable for VT Pump Make Mak Lubricant or equivalent

Supply and Filling only compressor oil suitable for Elgi make compressor Make Indian oil or equivalent

M&L for replacement of LT unarmoured power Copper cable round/flat of single core 95 Sqmm , 1100 volts with multistanded copper conductors.

M&L for replacement of LT unarmoured power Copper cable round/flat of single core 120 Sqmm , 1100 volts with multistanded copper conductors.

M&L Castrol premium long life grease suitable for crane or all eqiument all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Install and errect in true vertical position steel 7 Mtr HDG Octagonal poles complete with MS base plate of 3 mm of size 200mm X200mmx12 mm finial foundation bolts,nuts and washers screws,pole made out of ERW MS tubing as per IS-1161 and pole shall be as per IS-2713 Part II type BOP-8030 (7.00 Mtrs HDG Long) complete including embedded in concrete, RCC foundation as per manufacturers instructions, having single arm bracket 1000 mm overhang with 48.3 mm outer dia pipe of thickness 3.2 mm fixed on top with bolts complete all as specified and as directed including taking down u/s pole any type. Make :- Bajaj or equivalent as approved by GE Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

Excavating in post hole size 0.6 Mtr X 0.6 Mtr X 1.65 Mtr depth for installation of LT pole 7 mtr long ,in any type of soil and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm.

Supply & fix in replacement Thermo plastic street light sintex box of size 280 X 170 X 130 mm Cat No GS-JB-2817 top Hinged ( or equivalent make of National) wiith 4 way connector mounted on epoxy insulators for looping of cable for 3 Phase and 1 neutral fixed on pole with the help of MS nuts bolts and MS clamps-1 Nos of size 40 mm X 4 mm thick with one No MCB SP 6 Amp capacity mounted on din rail inside box and taking down old one

S&F in replacement new Endura cityliner Neo 70 Watt LED Luminaries with high power LED as light source of 70W with10 KV built in surg protector, IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK07.( suitable for pole/bracket dia 54 mm) Make Havells Cat Part Num:-ENXT P 72L WH CR PC SD or Equivalent model in Wipro/ Philips/ Crompton
