Note - i) One AC mechanic skilled duly trained shall be attend MES AC plant complaint cell for all VRF units mentioned above in General shift on daily basis and shall report to the JE E/M concerned at the AC complaint cell for receiving the complaints. AC Mechanic shall be responsible to rectify the minor faults, routine cleaning and dry servicing of plant & filters. Any number of helper required for his assistance shall be provided by Contractor and quoted rates are deemed to be included for the same. ii) Contractor shall submit ID proof, police verification, Residential proof, Bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engr-in-charge before employing the persons as AC Mechanic. iii) AC Mechanic shall be experienced in VRF AC plants & capable to carry out any type of maintenance required for smooth functioning of above mentioned Plants. iv) In case of any major breakdown the additional manpower if required shall be arranged by contractor and quoted rates are deemed to be included for the same. v) Any type of breakdown shall be attended within 24 hrs & get rectified in 72 hrs else a penalty of Rs 1500/- per day shall be imposed. vi) The cost of replacement of all Minor parts which are not mentioned in this BOQ shall deemed to be included in above quoted rates. vii) The contractor shall ensure visit of OEM/Rep of OEM/Authorised dealer of OEM Engineer once in a month and report/serviceability of outdoor/indoor units shall be submitted to this office duly signed. The charges of all OEM procedures shall deemed to be included in above quoted rates. viii) Payment to AC Mechanic shall be done through aadhar linked bank account through IMPS/RTGS/NEFT only and wages which shall not be less than minimum fare wages as per Act in vogue. The contractor shall submit payment proof alongwith RAR/FB while claimimg payment to Engineer-in-charge before claiming any payment.

Supply installation, testing & commissioning of mirror finish inside/outside refrigerant piping 25 to 42mm dia including thermal insulation out hard drawn copper pipes suitable for VRF system including all fittings like bends elbows, tees with all internal joints type fittings, pipe line shall be tested for requisite pressure and supported at every 2.4 mtrs c/c as per existing. All refrigerant piping shall be insulated with 19/13mm class "o" armaflex nitrile rubber pipe shall be laid in GI tray including taking out old u/s damaged refrigerant Pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
