S & F for gun metal gate valve ISI Mark with following mm dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends ISI marked fixed to GI pipe including removal old unserviceable one complete all as specified

M & L for surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil at pump house Ph - I & II area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for attending the emergency repairs to leakage/ damage GI/CI/DI pipe of following Sizes including carrying out minor repairs etc as required to Make- the system in order / functional and necessary excavation, returning, filling of soils and removal of water by using pump, cutting out GI pipe at both ends and jointing with new fittings, accessories such as union, sockets, Tee, Tee reducer etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Rate inclusive of jointing & earth work. (ii) GI pipe will be paid separately in respective items.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing of Ductile Iron (DI), pressure pipes with spigot or socket ends or flange ends, centrifugally cast, class K-9, with cement mortar lining in inner side as per IS:8329/ 2000 (latest revision) and other relevant standards and metallic zinc coating followed by a finishing layer of epoxy paint in outer side, suitable for push on joint (rubber gasket joint) in any length with inside cement mortar lining laid in trenches complete all as specified of following sizes:- Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L construction of brick masonry valve pit, one brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4 on 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundation, rendering 15 mm thick internally and externally upto 150mm below GL, providing 3.0mm thick MS sheet valve pit cover, welded with 40 x 5mm flat iron frame around including provision of hinges, handle and locking arrangement and 40 x 40 x 6mm angle iron frame fixed on top of valve pit by means of holdfast 150mm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) block of size 230 x 200 x 100 mm, applying two coats of Anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of all exposed to steel surfaces including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil and demolition of old unserviceable valve pit of following sizes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repair of existing brick masonry valve chamber, with brick work with sub- class 'B' brick in one brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4 including rendering of cement plaster 15 mm thick internally and externally with cement motor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair and replacement of existing brick masonry valve chamber cover of any size and discription with and including MS sheet cover 6 mm thick, welded with 40 x 5 mm flat Iion frame alround including provision of hinges, handle and locking arrangement and 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame fixed on top of valve pit by means of holdfast 150mm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) block of any size, applying two coats of Anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of all exposed to steel surfaces and demolition of old unserviceable valve pit cover of any size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair and repacement stair for bldgs by means of angle iron frame and step should be 1 feet apart vertically and 2 feet apart horigentally and complete all as specified

Material and Labour for mechanical joint consisting of compression collars made out of Cast Iron, MS flanges drilled as per IS for pressure rating PN1.6, including MS nuts, bolts, rubber gasket, cleaning the pipe surface, chamfering or cutting the edges of pipes for positioning, jointing and testing for the following size and of pipe material GI/CI/MS/AC complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

T/D for Mechanical actuator held from existing position and refixing the same after servicing in specified location including checking & laying the supply cable testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F MS pipe conforming to IS : 1239 of sizes 300 mm dia and 8 mm thick laid in trenches/ floor including bend, elbow, and tee flanges cutting welding and necessary nut nolts required for fixing the pipe in location complete all as specified. Note: Cost of pipe are inclusive with BEND TEE Tee equal reducer etc.

At ESR (c) Solar Panel with Battery: Designing, supplying, installing commissioning & testing of photovoltaic solar panel with its charger, MS Stand for mounting solar panel so as to have maximum exposure of sunlight for desired location and maintenance free battery with 3 days battery backup at ESR (d) Contact Free Sensors : Designing, supplying, installing, commissioning & testing of contact free sensors for Level of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, Type D2, using 20mm graded stone aggragate for foundations, filling and mass concrete.

S & F high strength free flowing solid chlorination medium fortified with corosion inhibitors and anti scaling agent for drinking water application. Minimum chlorine strength 55%. OEM claim regarding corosion inhibitors and anti scaling agent content must be ratified by E-in-C's Branch (copy of E-in-C's Branch letter must be submitted to qualify for bid/tender).
