M&L for chequered cement conc tiles 20 cm X 20 cm X 20 mm thick, set jointed and painted with grey cement and pigment to match the shade of tile over & including 20 mm thick screed bed bedding layer of morter in CM (1:6)

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any typy any size including precast posts, barbed wire etc.

M&L for Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard dense soil/ soft rock

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation , etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pair holes, etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete.

M&L for Brickwork with Modular bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 in narrow widths including Cutting out bricks/stone, for- ming toothing for, and bonding new into old brickwork /stone masonry

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and to be finished even and smooth(without using extra lime or cement)

Supply only chain link fencing, MS galvanised of any size and type complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing only chain lnk fencing including line wires, any mesh, size, any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed Note : chain link fencing and line wire shall be measured and paid separately as " supply only"

S&F steel work as in vertical post, framing for fencing connecting to angles, fence etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1998 grade St-240 complete

M&L for Preparation of new surface of steel and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of any shade as directed by Engg In Charge

M&L for Preparation of Old steel surface of steel and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any shade as directed by Engg In Charge

M&L for Preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying 2 coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as ornamental/intricated design gate including printed hings using Fi, Angle iron, square bars, MS plain sheet, grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of riveted or forged into spilkes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors,souldered and/or water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(g) Transformer oil - IS 335 marked (h) Core - CRGO M4 Grade /CRNO (cold roll gain oriented/cold roll non-oriented) (i) Auto transfermer (varic) 100% copper wounded electrolytic grade. Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 3.5 core 300 sq mm.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in Soft and loose soil for laying of cable trenches all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point and all specified.

M&L for providing dry river sand / crush stone dust for cushioning to UG cable including punning down of sand in layers all as specified. Note :- Cushioning will be measured and paid after punning down.

Supply and laying factory cast, unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark “LT CABLE” class LV type1 flat size 250x150x40 mm laid in trenches as specified and as directed.

BFC having high moisture retaining capacity BFC is hygroscopic, nonmagnetic and non - corrosive in nature and in ROHS compliant all as directed by EIC at site.

Supply and installation of Earthing rods for value below of 1 ohms as per following specifications (a) Earthing rod, 25mm pure copper hollow Earthing Rod with strip I pipe Design Length 3m. Copper Terminal of 100x50x5 (b) BFC Compound The BFC is carbide based having very high electrical conductivity. BFC having high moisture retaining capacity BFC is hygroscopic, nonmagnetic and non - corrosive in nature and in ROHS compliant (c ) Installation The Earthing electrode will be placed in the ground after a bore is drilled to the depth of 3.5m The Bore drilling will be done with the help of pneumatic boring machine.] 50KG BFC will be placed in the bore to cover the Earthing rod from all sides. BFC will be poured in slurry form in properly mixed condition . Earth pit cover square 300x300x240mm to be provided to cover the Earth pit. The Earth pit cover shall be made of Reinforced FRP and should be capable of carrying .The weight of 5 tones.Pit cover including brazzing of all the joints upto the test point complete and Earth Pit Indicaation Plate of MS 450x300x5 mm thick welded to AL 50x50x5mm x1.0 Mtr long,painted with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint(black colour)all as specified and directed Make : U-Protect,Ashok,JEFF Techno. Note : 1) Electrode must be tested for short crcuit test of minimum 40ka at CPRI/NABL & test certificate of manufacture company submitted by contractor 2) Existing earthing value and After installation company testing & checked test with earth value certificate provide by contractor.

Supply & Fixing for copper strip 20 x 3.15mm including with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground for earth continuity to wall on batten or recess or chases or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. NOTE: Cement cube for fixnig the strip shall be deemed to be included in qoted rates.

M & L Shed for automatic voltage stabilizer Plinth 3 x 3 x 1 mtr, shed 3 x 3 x 3.3 mtr, made up of steel work in tubular trusses including, special shaped washer etc. complete unsing ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161-1979 grade St-240, pre-painted galvaturme aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in wall, fixed in roof and four sides of the wall including sheet metal door with self tapping screws as specified and as directed by Engineer-In - Charge.
