Supply only liquid water proofing compound hydroseal-W+ or eqivalent (for plaster hardening, to control efflorescence & fungal growth) as approved by GE.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 by mixing liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement on RCC ceiling, chhajjas, roof projection, facia,fins,parapet with WPT etc. and similar likes complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineert-in-Charge. Note :- Liquid WPC shall be measured & paid seprately under relevant item of this BOQ.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling, chhajjas, roof projection, facia,fins,parapet etc and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineert-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying two coat of oil bond distemper emulsion white or tint as approved by GE over one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineert-in-Charge.

M & for preparation of old wood or wood based surfaces over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint,complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineert-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for complete removal of existing treatemen on brick / concrete surface of internal surface of wall by wire brushes & stopping of surfaces & levelling/edging the disturbed places/edges using necessary filling compound of Birla/JK wall care putty not less than 1mm thick to obtain smooth regular/even finish using sand paper and applying two coat of oil bound distemper emulsion complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineert-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old plastered /concrete surface of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper emulsion, white or tint as approved by GE including applying white putty not less than 1mm thick over a coat of primer complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineert-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying one coat of oil bond emulsion, white or tint as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatement and preparation of old plastered surface of internal wall and applying two coat of luster paint over one coat of primer as per manufacurer instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on sruface of wall / ceilings and applying two coats of Antifungal weather proof acrylic exerior grade paint (100% Acrylic) over one coat of self primer to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of weather proof acrylic exterior grade paint on the surface to achieve excellent application using limited manpower by using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr, the spray machine shall be of reputed manufacture with pro guard technology including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures including crack filling upto 5 bars of postive hydrostatic pressure on vertical surface of wall complete all as specfied & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Scrapping shall be carried out with L-01/H-01 trucare wall sander or equivalent makes as approved by GE having not less than 1500 RPM mechanical vaccum mechanism and sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc . (ii)Antifungal Weather proof acrylic exerior grade paint (100% Acrylic) shall be of make Asian Apex Ultima or equivalent make given under list of makes.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineert-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15cm thickness (below of above ground level) and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineert-in-Charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC M-7.5 grade (Nominal Mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineert-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC M-15 grade (Nominal Mix ) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineert-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC M-10 grade (Nominal Mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Plinth, Path etc finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineert-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding/complete and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineert-in-Charge.

M&L colourd Vitrified tiles 8-10mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colourd cement to match with colour of tile & laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineert-in-Charge.

All as per Ser item No 23 but in skirting and dado & laid over and incl 10mm thick rendering in as in backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineert-in-Charge.

M & L for Non skid ceramic colourd joint free tiles with matt finish, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colourd cement to match with colour of tile & laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineert-in-Charge.

All as per Ser item No 25 but in skirting and dado & laid over and including 10mm thick renderingas in backing coat in CM 1:4 and pointingcomplete all as specifed and as directed by Engineert-in-Charge.

M&L colourd Glazed ceramic tiles on vertical surface of size 300mmx450mmx7mm /300mmx600mmx7mm thick thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles & laid over and including cement plaster 10mm thick as in backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineert-in-Charge.

Demolition of old stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineert-in-Charge.

M&L for 18- 20mm thick machine cut machine polished Kota stone slab flooring laid and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade including cutting and including rubbing and polishing to mirror finish & laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 18-20mm thick machine cut machine polished Kota stone slab in riser, step, skriting, dados laid and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade including cutting and polishing over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete M-15 grade (Nominal mix) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineert-in-Charge.
