Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Chrage.

Supply & laying in repair 40 mm bore galvanized steel tubing "light grade" with all fittings in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall for cable protection all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Road cutting for UG cable under road/railway crossing, pavement, hardstanding by mannually means, protection GI pipe for cable of required dai and making it good to match with the adjoining surface/structure for after cable passing complete all as specified and directed. M&L for tesitng of faulty LT XLPE/PVC armoured cable of any size and any position at CAD Pulgaon by using LT voltage testing kit installed on movable vehicle complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage. Note : This job includes cost of vehicle transport from Nagpur to Pulgaon and back

Supply & Fixing in repair 6 -16 Sqmm 4 Core cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 and 4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage. Note : Excavation, returning filling, sand brick and removel shall be measured and paid separatly under relevant item of this BOQ

Dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable (damaged/broken) or serviceable tilted Panel of any type and any size, from Location and removal from site all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of pole upto ground level complete all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/plinth block including necessary form work all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Supply install, testing and commissioning Out door, in replacement of LT Distribution Panel Feeder Pillar (CPRI approved) Cubicle type,IP-56,outdoor type confirming to IS: 61439 Part I & II factory fabricated made out of outer cover with 3 mm thick CRCA sheet & inner cover with 2mm thick CRCA sheet of suitable size to accommodate all accessories / fittings, compartmentalized in costruction to accommodate the incoming MCCB and TPN bus bars and outgoing MCCBs feeders. The TPN busbars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator at an interval of not more than 500 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar. The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC/Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and outgoing cables. The cubicle shall have a bottom and four legs (400mm long) of size 50x 50x6 mm, The panel shall be painting with powder coated finish with RAL 7032 SIEMENS GRAY STRUCTURE after seven tank phosphating treatment, front & back opening type, and fixing 2 Nos.danger notice plate with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door to LT panel with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English, with double door shutter and shall have louvers and airvent gasket for natural flow of air, Neoprene adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel vermin proof and comprising of following all as specified and directed by EIC. Note :- PCC work will be measured and paid separately. (I) Incoming :- (i) Aluminium busbar, 4 Pole, 300 Amps (ii) MCCB 4P, 200A, 25 KA, with thermal magnetic: O/L & S/C protection , ICS= 100% ICU = 01 No. (iii) Ammeter Digital type, CT operated 0-630A range, MAKE: SECURE / L&T (with selector switch and CT) - 01 Set (iv) Volt Meter Digital type 0-500 V range, Make:SECURE / L&T (With selector switch) - 01 No. (iv ) Indicating Lamp LED type 240 V 50 HZ AC supply (Make BCH/SIEMENS/L&T) set of three colour (RYB)-01 set. (II) Outgoing :- (i) MCCB 4P, 63A, 25 KA, with thermal magnetic: O/L & S/C protection , ICS= 100% ICU = 04 Nos. M& L for taking out LT feeder panel front and back type opening replace old clamps and fix new hinges by drilling or belding as per condition , replaced burnt out lugs and insulation , proper, insulation taping to XLPE cable and painting inner and outer side , top and bottam, including cleaning of grass around, from the panel till 2mtr and from road to panel for easy operation complete all as specified and drirected by Engr-In-Charge

M& L for taking out LT feeder panel all cables from loops, for fixing GI Pipe for cable protection and making new foundation in place of broken foundation with PCC 1:4:8 in 40 mm graded stone aggregate and re-fixing all cables with proper lugs after inserting through GI pipe complete. all as specified and directed by EIC. Note :; PCC shall be measured and paid in the respective items.

Material and labour in replacement/repair for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 32mm X 6mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 5 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) connected to earth test point & to main switch board etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 50mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm bore GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth strip 32x6 mm and protection pipe 40 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr shall be included in quoted rate.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular poles 9/11 Mtr long including cross arms protection pipe and painting one coat of aluminium paint e ground level to top of pole and cross arms and protection pipe paint including writing poles numbers in white letter on black ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S and F in repair loop in / loop out box of internal size 250 x 210 x 115mm made out of FRP (Hot moulded type) with weather proof canopy and locking screws alongwith 5/6 Amps MCB-01 No, 15 Amps rated 3 pole connector - 01 Nos, neutral link mounted and Din rail suitable size for mounting MCB/Connector complete in the box, duly fixed to steel tubular pole using 25 x 3mm FI clamp with suitable gland and lugs for connecting cable including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing rusted/broken out MS cross arm, angle, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and supply and fixing new MS Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated for cable cover frame work, from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated and directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of unserviceable ACSR jumper and ACSR Conductor with new jumpers of ACSR conductor and ACSR Conductor of suitable size as per site including binding properly on the existing OH line with clamp, nuts & bolts etc.complete all as specified and directed.

supply and fixing in replacement of Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle,two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade

M&L for replacement of shackle type porcelain, vitreous white brown or insulator working under 1100 volts grade , pressure of height 75 mm & 90mm dia insulators, dia of bolt 12mm , section of straps 31 x 3mm, washers, nuts complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of guard wire under LT Over head line Cradles, hexagonal/rectangular,fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia

Trimming and cutting of tree branches(not more than 50 mm girth) coming across LT over head line clearing the line around 2m single/both sides and and disposal of branches from site exeeding 50m and not exceeding 250m from site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - (i) Due care is to be given while trimming/cutting the tree branches that there should no damage to over head line conductor/pole. In case due to any negligence, damage is caused to be make good/renewal by the contractor from his own resources and nothing extra is admissible. (ii) All Safety to labourer must be adhered by the contractor during trimming and cutting of tree branches.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of existing PCC/Steel pole with new steel tubular poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper, plug, bolts, nuts & washers as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtr long) including re-fixing of removed accessoreis such as ACSR/AAC conductor, cables, street light fittings, clamps, nuts & bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Excavation, MS work and PCC work will be measured and paid separately.

Taking down rusted anticlimbing device and providing anticlimbing device spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round/square/flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding into halves made to shape to suit the cross section of steel/RCC poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing all connections, bindings etc of ACSR/AAC conductor on existing LT poles & stretching of ACSR/AAC conductor upto required sag of any size and cross section of conductor and stretching of GI wire on existing pole including making necessary connection & binding with binding wire including cutting of tree branches from both sides upto the stress on each side complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down U/S stay assy and M&L for stay assy comprising of MS stay plate of size 23cmx23cmx6mm thick, stay rod with nuts 215cm ling 20mm dia , MS/GI stay bow 40cm lingh with 2 Nos GI thimbles, galvanized stay wire standard size 7/4mm of suitable length, loop insulation size 65x90mm clearance of hole 16mm & other accessories including excavation earth work & PCC work complete all as per SSR Pt-1 plate No-1 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
