M & L for replacement of Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white,brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle,two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade

M & L for replacement of shackle Type, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers,insulator bolts, washers and nuts, 100mm height and 115mm dia including two nos of galvanised steel strap of size 31x5mm fitted with 14mm dia bolts and nuts all as per directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable existing cross arms made from channels, angles and unserviceable FI clamps, nuts, bolts etc from OH line and removing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling carefully the existing LT overhead line ACSR conductor with cross arm of any size from its position by necessary disconnecting of conductor and removing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, erecting and fixing in replacement of true vertical position of steel tubular swaged pole, 9 mtr long complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolt, nuts and screws as specified and of type 410 SP-31, conforming to relevant IS, including one primer coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paint and two coats of bituminous paint inside and outside of botton portion up to 1.8 mtr length all as specified and provide circular bend 1 No of length 2 m including taking down existing complete all as specified and directed. (Excavation and earth work , foundation concrete and PCC coping shall be measured and paid separately)

Dismantling stay assembly complete all as specified and directed

S &F PCC Cable route Indicator with suitable reinforcement of size 50 x 10 x 10 cm with letter inscribed on both side as "MES LT CABLE " of specified front side not less than 30 mm as directed and mounted on PCC 40 x 30 x 30 cm complete using PCC 1: 2:4 B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and including painting using cement based paint to the satisfaction of engr in charge.

M & L for fabrication of bus bar chamber of size 750 (L) x 500 (H) x 300 (B) mm for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire system, outdoor type, double door, with pedestal mounted, weather and vermin proof fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick MS CRCA sheet with anti corrosive coating & finally epoxy polyster powder coating of flint grey shade including 3 Nos. phase indicating lamps, insertion of suitable cable glands for all incoming and out going cable including grouting of panel board 60 cm above & 30 cm below ground level duly supported on 50x50x6mm angle iron frame & welding 45 cm long angle iron legs of size 50x50x6mm on all the four corners embedded in PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm stone aggregate upto 30 cm depth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Incoming MCCB : 160 AMps ,4P,25 KA Busbar Capacity : 300 AMps mounted on DMC/ porcelain insulator support with RYB indicator Outgoing : Suitable for cable upto size 120 Sqmm 1. The Panel Should be approved by CPRI. 2.The rates Quoted shall include for earth work,Plinth protection around the panel apprx 75cm and excavation for angle iron frame for foundation of panel board up to 0.50 m below GL in any type of soil and PCC 1:4:8 type D2 filling in foundation. The ground clearance of panel board shall be 0.40 M from GL to the bottom of panel board.

M&L for prunning and removing of tree branches touching to electric over head lines wild growth around LT /HT over head lines and around pole and stay complete to make clear span of 2 Mtr of tree both side of the OH line with JCB, Cutter and all tools, plants etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Distance between pole to pole will be measured and paid. (ii) Contractor has to take upmost care to avoid damage to existing lines/structures if Any breakdown of line caused during punning shall be made good without any extra cost. (iii) The contractor has to ensure the proper safety of the tradesmans to avoid any mishappening. If any mishappening occures the contractor will be solely responsible for it.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60 cm X 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32 X 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earth test point electrode, PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe 20mm dia protection pipe etc and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note No 1 :- The unit rate shall also include for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 150 mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to item No 1 (a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub-heading earthing, specified on Serial Page No 389 of SSR Part –I. Note No 2 :- Earthing strip and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5 m will be measured and paid separately if required (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself.

M & L for painting of Street light poles of any type (with hydrolic vehicle / ladder) including cross arms, channel, flat iron clamps etc 9/11 mtr long in two coats of aluminium paint and one coat of red oxide as primer including writing of pole nos (Yellow circle and Number in black) and providing 3 Nos of radium with width 50 mm size band / strap with Red, Yellow, Green colour 300 mm apart from plinth block around the pole etc complete as all as specified and directed in Engr-in- Charge. Note:- Hydrolic Vehicle / Ladder for painting is responsibility of contractor and rate of Hydrolic vehicle and ladder including in quoted rate.

Supply & Fixing and testing of LT cable 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) ISI Marked with aluminium conductor suitable for earthed system of following sizes in trenches, on poles and in ducts complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply & laying of HDPE DWC pipe ISI mark of outer dia 63 mm polythylene with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable icluding coupler and bends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make : Supreme / Infra / Astral/Prince/jain irrigation

M&L for GI Tubes,of size 40mm dia Medium grade, galvanised, with all fitting , laid in trenches for protection of cable in road /drain crossing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI Tubes,of size 50mm dia Medium grade, galvanised, with all fitting , laid in trenches for protection of cable in road /drain crossing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI Tubes,of size 80mm dia Medium grade, galvanised, with all fitting , laid in trenches for protection of cable in road /drain crossing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for road cutting upto 300mm deep and 200mm wide for crossing GI pipe line through road including making good the disturbed surface by filling mass concrete( 1:2:4) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Rate of mass concrete is included in quated rate.

Demolation of u/s cement concrete in coppings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC(1:2:4) type C-2 using 20mm grade stone aggregates for coping and similar work all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC Junction box of size 200x175x100mm, IP 66 with hinged door including locking arrangment and MCB SP 6 Amp with necessary nut,bolt etc and including TPN aluminium bus bar mounted on insulators with suitable holes to provide incoming and outgoing LT cables and street light MCB complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, Three core cable in surface/recessed as required 2x 1.5 sq. mm + 1 x 1.5 sq. mm earth wire (From PVC Junction box to Security light) Note : Excavation, Earthwork & Protection pipe etc shall be measured & paid under relevant items of this Schedule.

Supply and fix jumper with PVC shealeded aluminium single core power cable of size 95 Sqmm,11KV, with heat shrinkle sleeve /lugs at both ends confirming to IS 8098 including taking down unsv cable complete all as specified and directed.Make : Havells/Polycab/KEI

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCB DP, 40 Amps with 10 KA breaking / rupturing capacity including neccssary connection complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB, SP, 6 to 32 Amps 10 KA breaking / rupturing capacity capacity including necessary connection with suitable size of copper cable complete all as directed.

M & L for painting of coping of pole including clining and one coat of primer and two coat of Apex ( off white colour) complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge

M&L Heat shrinkable straight through joint, with including jointing materials and necessary earth work suitable for 1100 Volts , XLPE LT cable of size 16-25 sq.mm , 3.5/4 core, including fixing, jointing and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Heat shrinkable straight through joint, with including jointing materials and necessary earth work suitable for 1100 Volts , XLPE LT cable of size 35-95 sq.mm , 3.5/4 core, including fixing, jointing and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair facory made LED coloured kerb stones including 4 nuts and bolts per kerbstone and necessry supply arrangement of atandred size fixed in pisition to the required line,level and curvature fixing at site per manufactures instruction,including making drainage opening wherever requuired complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge . Make : Madhur or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in replacement of 3 core copper cable of size 4 Sqmm PVC insulated sheathed flexible cable ,voltage 1.1 KV complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning /cutting of grass using grass cutter machine around transformer/ two pole structure/four pole structure and Spreading herbicide on grass for anti grass treatment all over the sub station complete all as specified and directed.Note : Each job contain one sub station of any size

An amount of Rs 34,240.00 shall be deducted from BOQ on account of schedule of credit
