Returning & filling in including spreading leveling & watering & well rimming in layers n.exc 25cm thick.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m depositing where directed at level n. exc. 1.50m above the starting point.

Excavation of pits of size 0.9x0.9x1.00 mtrs deep removing debrige wood roots etc and filling good earth/locally avaiable fertile soil and cattle manure mix in 4:1 ratio adding fertilizers, provision of antitemite teatment at plantation time supplying & planting of approved species minmum of 4 to 5 feet high tree/plants Ashoka Tree, heavy sapling with well developed root system, replacement of cacusalities upto the comletion of the defects liability /maint period i.e 24 months incl desposal of dead palnts at a distance exc 250m but not exc 500m as directed by Engr-in-Charge inculding flooding with water leveling and supply and floor stake bamboo 1.75m high as support to caping etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Lawn : - M&L for Surface excavation n. exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep in any type of ground/soil, Provn of Anti Termite Treatment at the rate of 5.00 ltr per sqm (Ratio, Water 19ltr : ATT Chemical 1ltr), refilling with 10cm thick good garden soil & cattle manure in the ratio 4:1, mixing, levelling, removing & conveying unwanted stuff to a distance exc. 150m and not exc. 200m, and supplying and planting of approved carpet grass all as approved & directed by Engineer-in-Charge/GE.

Seasonal Flower Beds :- Digging upto 0.30M depth and Job refilling with good soil and cattle manure in the ratio 4:1 preparation of beds, supply and planting of seasonal flowers of season all as approved and directed by GE:- (a) Sago Palm - 50 Nos (b) Morpankhi - 50 Nos (c) X Mass tree - 15 Nos (d) Mandir Swaroop - 15 Nos (e) Dahlia - 500 Nos (f) Ribbon Grass - 800 Nos (g) Song of India grass - 800 Nos

PART II ( MAINTENANCE PERIOD ) Complete maintenance of garden features trees, shrubs, hedges/edges, lawn, seasonal flower, etc like hoeing, weeding, prunning watering mowing of lawn, hedge, ellpy, upkeeps and maint of potted plants including loading, Unloading carriage and displaying removal of garden rubbish spraying insecticides, pesticides, manuring if required and security of all above, by employing 01 (one) skilled Gardner per day all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of following :-(i) During this period of 12 month any plant, shurbs, grass etc is found dead, not true to name or size as specified or not in satisfactory growth plant of approved size and shape shall be replaced by the contractor without any extra cost to govt.(ii) If contractor failed to comply above, the work will be carried out through other agency and amount will be recovered from contrator.(iii) Supply and application of manure, sweet earth, sand, ATT chemical and pesticides, fertilizers etc are included in the quoted unit rate during maintenance period.
