M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 in two coats (10 + 5) with water proofing compound including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply Only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 as in ceiling finishing even and fair etc complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

(Note: stainless steel butt hinges shall be paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Providing factory made 24mm thick 100% solid WPC ( Wood Polymer Composite)- JALI Door Shutter of required size comparising of virgin PVC resin of K Value 57-60 ( Suspension Grade ), calcium carbonate and natural Fibers ( Wood Powder/ Rice Husk/ Wheat Husk ) and Non toxic additives, made from Extrusion process WPC foam sheet single Extruded ( inner) with having minimum density not less than 650 kg/cbm, having good screw holding capacity ( screw withdrawal strenght of 2000 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850N/mm2 and resistance to spread of frame of class A category with property of being termite / borer proof , water / moisture proof & fore retardent. WPC JALI Door to be fixed with stainless steel wire cloth .36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.10mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples stainless steel butt hinges ( will be paid seperately) of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screws.all as per direction of engineer-in-charge. material test certificate and authentication should be compulsory provided by the manufacturing company complete : For Kitchen shutterd / Balcony & main door shutter,completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS hold fasts size 25x6mm FI fixed to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

Providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 cement concrete in bed blocks for hold fasts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F alluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast alluminium alloy and fixed of length of bolt 300 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 Sq. M but not exceeding 2 Sq. M each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made 18mm (+0.70mm) thick celuka PVC ply of density 600kg/cbm manufactured by an ISO-900-2008 certified company, One side prelam and other side plain 18mm thick Celuka PVC Ply for cupboard shutter and also manufacturer's test report and test certificate is mandatory with each and every supply of the material, complete all as specified and directed.

(iii) Glass pane and wire meshwill be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply only.

S&F and mild steel framed work as in grills, greating and guard bar with end of bars shouldered and / or reveted or forged into spikes nad similar works confirming to Fe-410 and Fe-310 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces on wall and applying two coats of 100 % acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of acrylic primer incl. complete removal of existing treatment and necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of distemper over a coat of primer compelte all as specified and directed by EIC

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any desccription exc. 10Cm width or girth incl. Preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, complete all as specified and shown in drg for SI No. 8095 on ser page No. 160 in SSR-2010 (Pt-II), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory Made Solid Panel PVC Door Shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet shall be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, as per specification & drawing for SI No.8080 on ser page No.156 in SSR-2010 (Pt-II) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel butt hinges, medium weight, 100mm long, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section, 100 mm long, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium anodised bow handles of 100mm size, fabricated type of extruded section fixed with screws to shutters, complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 92,300.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit Note1: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum' Note 2:- The tenderer must keep in mind when quoting rates against items out in multiple store house having height 4 mts to 7 mts. Necessary scaffolding and safety measures required during execution of work are including in this items.
