M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel pipe electrode,40mmbore,medium grade,2.5 Mtrers length,buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 meters below ground leavle cinnected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shwn in Plate no-2 to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.(For all installation transformer)

Taking out LT Cable of any size(10 sqmm 2/4 core to 240 sqmm 3.5 core) for reuse or under Schedule of credit to contractor. Note:- Excavation is not included in quoted rate and will be measured & paid separately.

Supply ,laying ,commossionong,testing in repair UG cable 70 Sq mm x 3.5 core ,XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded ,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured ,electric power cable heavy duty 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conducter all as directed- Make :- Gloster/ Polycab/Vishal.

Supply and laying GI tubing 50 mm dia light grade for cable protection all as directed..

Supply and laying GI tubing 80 mm dia light grade for cable protection all as directed.

Dismantling and taking down MS cross arms, bracing supports, clamps, back plates, hooks etc fabricated from structural steel section from dismantled/existing LT poles of any type or description complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only MS cross arms, bracing supports, clamps, back plates, hooks etc fabricated from structural steel section from dismantled/existing LT poles of any type or description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cross arms, bracing supports, clamps, back plates, hooks etc fabricated from structural steel section (MS channel, angle sections, flat, round or square bars ) for reqd sizes and shape including bolts nuts & washers welding bending cutting cold or hot drilling holes for inserting in any shape or size as indicated or directed complete incl painting ( one red oxide primer coat two coats of aluminium paint ) complete.

Supply and fix GI strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground all as directed.

Dismentling / Taking down old Aluminium conductor steel rainforced any type and size.

Supply, stringing, streaching and binding in replacement with insulator, ACSR conductor (Weasel /ferret/Mink) on HT/LT Poles including providing of necessary jumpers, connecting all existing incoming and out going connections etc all as specified & directed.

Re-Fixing/re-stringing Aluminium conductor steel rainforced of any type and size on existing steel tubular / PCC poles including winding, jumpering with alkathine pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down insulators of any size from dismantled/existing LT poles of any type or description complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for LT insulator, PIN type 1100 volts as per IS 1445, grade of size 100mm height, 65mm dia, porcelain, vitreous, white or brown including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut including taking down existing unserviceable insulator all as directed. Make;- Elpro or equivalent.

Fixing only LT insulator, PIN type, 1100 volts grade of size 100mm height, 65mm dia, porcelain, vitreous, white or brown including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut including taking down existing unserviceable insulator all as directed. Make;- Elpro or equivalent.

Excavation in trenches Soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches for errection of poles etc.,n. exc 1.5m wide, exc 1.5m and n. exc 3.0m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point of any type of excavation all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC coping , base , etc any type any location all as directed.

M&L for provision of PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth, platforms, pole coping etc., all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth, platforms, pole coping etc., all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable feeder pillar/panel of any type any capacity,supplying, designing, fabricating, erecting, connecting, testing & commissioning outdoor type vermin & weather proof totally enclosed double door type feeder pillar box front and back operated with hood (Canopy) on top, sufficient ventilation on sides, cubicle type, compartmentable fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated texture finish colour. The panel shall be erected on 50mm x 50mm x 6mm thick MS angle iron frame and shall be pre-wired with PVC insulated copper conductor cable for monitors & Heat shrinkable PVC insulated sleeves, copper strips of appropriate current carrying capacity for connecting the incoming and outgoing MCCBs including reconnecting of existing serviceable cable / new cable with lugs & Brass cable glands. The panel shall consisting of following accessories :- (i) Colour coded copper bus bar 400 Amp rating 3 Phase & Neutral. (ii) Epoxy insulator 16 Nos . (iii) Digital Volt meter 0 to 500 V with selector switch -01 Set (iv) Digital Ammeter with CT 0 to 100A with selector switch -01 set. (v) LED indicators R,Y &B - 01 Set. (vi) Angle Iron stand made out of 50x50x6 mm of suitable size & upto 0.6 mtr high above GL - 01 job. (vii) Internal connection to MCCBs/ MCBs with copper busbar/wiring - 01 Job. (viii) The panel shall provisioned compartments for fixing the following:- (a) MCCB 250/200 Amp TPN,( as in comming)- 01 No. (b) MCCB 160/100 Amp TPN, (outgoing) - 02 Nos). (c) MCCB 63 Amp TPN,(outgoing) - 02 Nos. (d) MCCB 40Amp TPN,(outgoing) - 02 Nos Note: (1) The Feeder pillar panel should be front & back openable and hinged door lock handle (2) The door should be tightened with rubber gasket (3) Each compartment have door, lock and Main bus bar and MCCB input & outgoing connection should be suitable size copper bus bar, nut & bolts etc (4) All incomming & out going cable connected through new suitable size copper gland and aluminium lugs, nut & bots etc. (5) This item not include the cost of MCCBs & MCBs, This should be measured and paid as separate item remaining all accessories are included in this cost.
