Supply, install and errect of true vertical steel tubular swaged pole complete with MS Box plate 6 mm thick of size 300 x 300 mm, finial taper plug, pole cap, bolts, nuts, washers & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 mtrs long). Made out of ERW MS tubing confirming to IS-2713 Part II including drilling holes of required size for fixing cross arms etc painting with one coat red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminoius paint for portion embedded in concrete. Painting three black/red/ bands at lower portion of pole of 300mm height at 300 mm spacing, painting pole No with black paint at suitable height, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of dropout fuse unit explusion type for outdoor air break swirch (GOD) single pole, mounted on and including insulators for 11000 Volts working pressure fixed to and including MS channel with nuts, bolts, washers etc. synthetic bounded fuse carrying tube complete with line tabs and suitable for current carrying capacity upto 200 Amps only all as specified and directed.

M&L for Lightening arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transsmision class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amps, suitable for 11000 Volts all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix cross arms. Bracings, support channel, backpate hooks etc fabricated from structural steel, sections (MS Channel) of required size and shape including nuts, bolts,washers, welding, bending , cutting cold or hot, drilling holes for inserting bolts as indicated and directed including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of silver aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole. Complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of pole and similar work etc etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 80 mm bore GI pipe light grade for cable protection ISI marked with all fixing accessories such as 40 x3mm Clamps of suitable length, Nut bolts and washers and fixed complete on poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in -Charge.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning AC 3 phase 50 HZ 200 KVA capacity transformer step down, outdoor type 11000/433 volts (at no load) copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, core type, delta connected on primary (HV) side and star connected on secondary(LV) side in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11 (vector ground-4) with neutral brought on secondary (LV) side & having tapping in equal steps of 2.5 % from (+) 5 % to (-) 10 % on primary side by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear, so as to change/correct L.T voltage on secondary side including provision of all necessary standard fittings and mainly comprising of the following:- (a) Primary H.T side having HT porcelain bushing 3 Nos with brass gun metal bushing rods complete with nuts and washers. (b) One cable box on secondary (LT) side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain bushings with GM bushing rods complete with GM nuts, and washers with one No cable gland suitable for reception of outgoing L.T PVC sheathed armoured cables of size 240 sqmm 3.5 core. (c) Oil conservator with filter type, drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Explosive vents. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (g) One No 100 mm dia dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with temp reading pointer, max temp indicator and resetting device.

M& L for transformer platform of size 2.00 mtr x 2.00 mtr x1.5 mtr from GL including necessary excavation,PCC 1:4:8 type D2 for foundation,flyash brickwork in CM 1:6,PCC 1:4:8 type D2 sub base 75 mm thick as in floor,PCC 1:2:4 type B1 100 mm thick floor using extra cement,returning filling in and removal of surplus excavated soil,4 mm dia galvanised steel iron 150 mm x 100mm mesh,MS angle iron 50x50x6 mm as fencing post,65x65x6 mm in corneer posts,wicket gate 2 meter wide complete.All posts to be embedded in brick/PCC work and shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and three coats of white washing over plaster surface complete as all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet and with base frame of 50x50x6mm angle iron , powder coated, Front and rear opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement with and including following items. (Notes : The rate quoted shall include for earth work & excavation for angle iron frame for foundation of panel board upto 0.50 m below GL in any type of soil & PCC (1:4:8), D2 filling in foundation the ground clearance of panel board shall be 0.40 m GL to the bottom of panel board ).
