Taking down old unserviceable display (comm) card and Supply and Fixing display (comm) card complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Taking down old unserviceable COP communication card and Supply and Fixing COP communication card complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Taking down old unserviceable cabin blower fan and Supply and Fixing cabin blower fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable COP assembly for multistorey building (G+7), supply and fix new car operating panel assembly completed with illuminated push button for floor position alarm, non stop door open , door close, cabin fan, cabin light stop, attend out key etc with direction indicator,with LED displey with CPI card of stainless steel face plate in and including necessary wiring for laminating push button of each floors and cutting wall, making good disturbed surface with machinary work to complete in Bldg, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting and Servicing & setting of DO,DC & Alarm, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Adusting,Servicing & Setting of All Landing Doors, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Replacement of automatic door drive unit with motor on car top with VVVF of capacity suitable for 10 Passenger lift (G+22) configuration as per site make KONE including V3F panel all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and Taking down unserviceable/Broken Fireman Switch Glass and supply and fix new fireman switch, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting and Taking down unserviceable/Faulty Car top Wiring and Supply & Connect & commisioning of new Car Top wiring, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting and Taking down unserviceable Alarm,Supply & Fix New Alarm, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable ARD battaries 12 Volts,17 AH batteries from machine room and S&F new Automatic Rescue Device(ARD) Barraries of 12 volts , 17 AH (Make Excide/Amron) suitable for 8/10 passenger any type of make lifs nstalled at POWAI/Worli AREA,complete all as specified and directed,

Disconnecting and taking down unserviiceable & replace and fix new UPS suitable for 8/10 Passanger lifts at Powai and Worli complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable shaft wiring and providing new shaft wiring in hoist way upto lower limit switch with PVC insulated single core multistranded copper conductor cable 0.75 sqmm and 1.5 sqmm for earthing and 6.0 sqmm single core for motor, 1100 volts grade, drawing through in galvanised sheet metal (24G) trunking from machine room to server ground plus any floor in hoist way for control of all floor hall push button assembly limit switch, fireman switch complete suitable for 8 /10 pass lift to serve at powai/ worli area complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix elevator floor display LCD type suitable for 8/10 pass lift as per site suitability for showing upto G+22 floor numbers for each elevator floor all as per specified and direcetd by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix emergency type 10 W light fitting inside elevator all as per OEM at site and all as specified and directed by engineer -in-charge.

Supply and fix ARD Panel including all accessories including batteries and card for 8 passengers lift G+14 configuration making connection and testing emergency type 10 W light fitting inside elevator all as per OEM at site and all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. . . Note for Item No 1 to 24: All repairs works shall be carried out through OEM only and contrcator is not allowed to use local manufactured items . However it is deemed that the rates for items are inclusive of the OEM service and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Taking care of entire lift from any pilferage theft and damage maintaining of daily records of lift. In case of emergency or failure of power supply the attendant will carry out rescue operations by adopting necessary safety precuations by deploying lift attandant - 01 No in each shift of 08 hours duration required in 02 shifts in a day in all days including Sundays & Holidays at TatRakshak Vihar cora powai comprising of the following shifts complete all as specified and directed . .Shift Timings:- (a) First Shift : 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs. (b) Second Shift : 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs.

In case of emergency or failure of power supply the attendant will carry out rescue operations by adopting necessary safety precuations by deploying lift attandant - 01 No in each shift of 08 hours duration required in 02 shifts in a day in all days including Sundays & Holidays at TatRakshak Vihar powai comprising of the following shifts complete all as specified and directed .Shift Timings:- (a) First Shift : 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs.

In case of emergency or failure of power supply the attendant will carry out rescue operations by adopting necessary safety precuations by deploying lift attandant - 01 No in each shift of 08 hours duration required in 02 shifts in a day in all days including Sundays & Holidays at TatRakshak Vihar Tungwa Powai comprising of the following shifts complete all as specified and directed Shift Timings:- (a) First Shift : 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs. . (b) Second Shift : 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs.

Taking care of entire lift from any pilferage theft and damage maintaining of daily records of lift. In case of emergency or failure of power supply the attendant will carry out rescue operations by adopting necessary safety precuations by deploying lift attandant - 01 No in each shift of 08 hours duration required in 01 shift in a day in all days including Sundays & Holidays comprising of the following shifts complete all as specified and directed. . . . Shift Timings:- (a) General Shift : 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs. Note for item No's 25 to 29. (a) In case of requirement Lift Attended provided for one area shall be utilised in other areas at the descretion of department without any extra cost to the department (b) Uniform, expendable stores like cotton waste, greasing, cleaning, materials, tools, insulation tapes, stationery, safety devices, transportation etc shall be provided by the contractor and same is deemed to be included in contractor's quoted rates. (c) Rate quoted shall include for reliever duty/ leave/ reserve OFF for the personal employed. (d) The lift attandent provided by the Contractor shall have person having 5 year experience in relevant trade or ex-servicemen of the relevant field work. (e) The contractor shall submit ID Proof, residential proof, bank account details to department and obtain approval of GE before employing a person as Electrician/FGM/Pipe Fitter etc. (f) It is an express condition of the contract that payment of wages to tradesmans/workers deployed at site of work shall be made through bank account of individuals only. The contractor deposit/ distribute the payment in first week of every month and will confirm to Engr-in-Charge by submitting the bank transaction document from bank. The salary paid to the trademen /worker shall not be less than minimum wages/fair wages as notified time to time by Govt.. (g) In case the rate quoted is less than the minimum fair wages as fixed by state Govt and central Govt, the Acceptaing officer shall reserve the rights to accept / reject the offer. (h) The contractor shall obtain and submit insurance policy of each trademen employeed by him. (j) Incase of non deployement of operator on duty , non rectification of defects / cleaning of installation , non maintenence of log sheet and other record in the installation on particular day , it shall be considered that operator are absent on duty and recovery at double cost of rate quated by contractor shall be deducted by the Engineer in Charge from the dues without any notice to the firm. (k) The contractor shall obtain and submit lift safety inspection report for each lift from Govt lift inspector / any third party Govt accredited agency of Maharastra State once in the currency of the contract period. Cost shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
