M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge..

Demolition and breaking up 300mm bore drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar and removing and depositing the debris outside MOD Land complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced concrete 300mm dia pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L cement Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) bore of pipe is 300 mm complete all as specified.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm aggregate in foundations etc. as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment to match the tiles shade, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) 75 mm thick in sub floors, sub bases, floors and pavings etc. ,complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface ,complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with grade 'B' sealing compound etc. ,complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation, 30 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs block etc for manholes etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork as direct by Engineer -in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, an type ,complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) etc. ,complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described, two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide complete.

S&F in repair to Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description at any position not otherwise provided for etc. complete as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for framed work in reapir as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering.Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides ) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for welding in repairs exc 2.5cm but not exc 5cm in length thickness of metal to be welded exc 6mm but n exc 9 mm etc complete including removing and refixing tha gate leaf and secured in it's original position after repair complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for cleaning /cleaning of blockage of manholes, gully traps, floor traps, vertical soils/ waste pipe of different dia and sewage line the area cotton green,sion & colaba of the AF Station Mumbai. Note:- (a)The labour 02 Nos will report daily 0845 hrs on all working days including sundays and holidays at MES complaint cell centre and attend complaints till 1645 hrs given by Engr -In- Charge . Complaints needs to be cleared within 24 hrs after receiving the complaints. The contractors will deploy requisite labour and supply all T&P ( mechanical Iron rods, knot ropes , bamboo etc) scaffolding ladders any other materials required to clear the blockages at the site without any extra cost . labour for cleaning of sludge from sewage lines ( any dia) to manhole is included in quoted rates .In case any labour does not report to Engineer -In- Charge for the whole day or found missing more than half an hour on any day,Panel recovery @ Rs.1000.00/- per head per day shall be made proportionally from contractor's dues.(b) The recovery will be made from the contractor @ Rs 300.00/- per complaint which are not cleared within 24 hrs from the date and time of recipt of complaints.Decision of Enge-in-Charge is final in this respect.The above item includes conveyance cost of labours with their tools to travel from pocket to pocket to attends complaints including removal of sludge from the site to outside MOD land at any distance . (The department shall not be liable to provide any kind/from of transportation to the labour).(c)Register of labour attendance and complaints shall be maintened by contractor at thair own cost,which shall be kept in the custody of MES Department(complaint cell) duly signed by contractors representative,JE(civil) and Engr-in-Charge.

Opening cover of septic tank, de watering by suction pump and taking out night soil/excreta sludge etc from septic tank and removing sludge outside MD land and cleaning the septic tank as per BMC rules and placing the cover in original position all as directed.

Systematically cleaning of 150mm dia pipe sewers/drains by passing rope, knots, bamboos, kempt and disc of required size from manholes to manholes, septic tank and well flushing after cleaning sewer line/drain pipe with jet pressure (excluding manholes and septic tanks) including safety measures such as test for existence of poisionous gas etc. complete all as specified and directed and maintained through out the contract period without any extra cost etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 29.00 above but 200 mm dia

Demolition of pre cast reinforced concrete manhole cover of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing demolished materials outside MOD Land complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m ;wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or shafts. Wells etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material exc. 5 Km out side MD land complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified . Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre cast cement concrete M30 grade as in manhole cover of any section with fair faces including chamfers, weathering, throating etc and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete including use and waste of formwork. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for TMT steel bar n.exc 10mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking ,bending, spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed, not less than 0.9mm dia) complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in repair Cast iron floor trap, with grating including jointing to waste pipe in run lead, diameter of outlet 75mm complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
