S&F ceilling fan BLDC 1200 mm sweep operated on 230/240V AC Single phase electric supply ,5 star with remote in white in colour complete including connecting with 3 core stranded copper conductor cable cordas as per manufacture recommendation from ceiling rose to fan connector including writing MES No. on ceiling fan white synthetic enamelled paint complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge . Make Havelles cat pt- Efficienia Neo BLDC or equivalent in Orient n & crompton etc . incl taking down on unserviceable ceilling fan , exhaust fan any make and size from site / Hanger ( up to 15 mtr height ) and deposited the same in MES store yard for further disposal.

M&L for Machine work such as fan hook,FI clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc duly painted complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for down rod 1000 mm long for ceilling fan of any make and sweep made out of medium grade GI tubing 15 mm dia duly painted with two coats of enamel paint and provision of holes for electric wire at top and bottom also arrangemnts for fittment of ceiling fan motor,clamp assembly and condensor all specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Supply, install, testing & commissioning hi wall split unit indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and inverter type with minimum 5 star rating air conditioner electric driven, single phase of capacity 1.5 TR, with rated cooling capacity of 6200 watt at 100% and higher EER twin rotary BLDC caopressor incl anti dust withj anti microbial coating as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.Make Voltas, Hitachi , Blue star , carrier. Note- The rates of copper cooling tubing of suitable size up to 10 mtr is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. incl taking down on unserviceable AC any make and size from site / Hanger ( up to 15 mtr height ) and deposited the same in MES store yard for further disposal. Note for item No 7&8- (1) The rates of copper cooling tubing of suitable size with clamp up to 10 mtr is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (2) The rates of AC bracket of each AC is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (3) The rates for Gas charging is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Shifting of LT Panel from armoury building to another place ( Distance not more than 100 Mtr ) entire area of Technical area at 11 BRD. Note : The rate of T&P (Crane and other eqpt as reqd at site for shifting and loading/unloading are also included in the quoted rates.

Fixing only old serviceable LT panel by disconnecting / connecting all electrical connection as reqd at site including all earth work and PCC foundation work all as specified and as directed by Engr - in- charge.

Taking down old existing serviceable LTcable different sizes up to 120 sqmm from trench/ wall /roof from armoury building and re-laying the same cable in trench at another location as directed by engr in charge .

Supply and laying in trenches/ducts or passing through pipe 1100 volt grade LTUG cable with XLPE insulated armored heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100V grade 3.5 core cross sectional area 120 sqmm all as spfd and directed laid in trench or passing through pipe.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 meter in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as directed.

Removing of surplus soil not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point all as directed.

Supply and laying Double walled corruyated (DWC) Duct (Dura- Guard) as per IS-14930 Part - II for LT UG cable protection including coupler, elbows, T- Joint, Bends, etc and test report Make :- Dura- line/Gemini/Rex. of size 50 mm inner dia and outer dia 63 mm

M&L for Boring of holes under Road, Pavements, Hard Standing by trench less technology at a depth 0.6 Mtr from top surface including supply & fix HDPE pipe of 80 mm dia suitable for 0.4 MPA working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M & L for Straight through joints (heat shrink type) for LT underground cable including joint kits and labour complete for making joints suitable for aluminium conductor cables 3 1/2 core 35 to 70 Sqmm.

M&L SHED for Panel factory fabricated in made of 24 Gauge PGI Sheet ,hollow profile box including with the help of suitable size MS supports, nut, bolts& washer, ,Including all installation charges

M&L for kitchen chimney heavy duty in stainless steel sheet of size 31X 90X41 CM , max air flow 1350 m3 / h, with long LED lamp, noise lable 59 dB , 220 Volt, Make Sunflame,Hindware, V-Guard,whirlpool, Including all installation charges

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep soft and loose Soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting Out hard/ dense Soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Hardcore broken stone boulders or boulders of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 100mm thick Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 ( Using 40mm graded stone Aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 40mm thick Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 ( Using 12.50mm graded stone Aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1 : 6 as in Manholes/ similar work including pointing flush the external face of the brick work as the work proceeds all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfacces and stone masonary and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Prepration of Newly plastered wall surfaces and applying Two coats of exterior Acrylic emulsion (Apex)/Equivalent of as white/sappire blue/dark blue or as approved over one coat of exterior water based wall primer and making good the even on surface by filling with wall care putty on walls, ceiling, facias, beams, cornices etc with and including provision of scaffolding required for the treatment to external surfaces of building with required safety measures etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note : The work shall be executed stage wise and each stage approved by Engr-in-Charge. Stage 1 : Prepration of New Plastered Surfaces Stage 2 : Priming with exterior water based wall priming Stage 3 : 1st coat of exterior Acrylic emulsion (Apex)/Berger weather coat) of any colour Stage 4 : 2nd coat of exterior Acrylic emulsion ((Apex)/Berger weather coat) of any colour

M & L framed work such as grills gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into sprikes, framed guard bars barred iron doors laddrs framed balusters walk ways raillings framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165.

M & L for Prepartion of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc choromate primer complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & Fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick multirib TM profile of any colour having tensile of 550 Mpa yeald strenth as in roof cobering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws of manglore pattern of any approved pattern compltete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (Soils) to distance of exc. 250 m bu n. exc. 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge
