Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins,arches,pillars etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete Block (1:3:6), type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, exc 10 cm width and set in CM (1:6) all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete, all as specified and directed..

M&L for walling of random rubble, brought upto courses, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Ditto- all as per item No 7 above but except stones.

M&L for raised pointing to random or poygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought up to courses in CM 1:4 etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Racking out joints/ pointing to random rubbleor polygonal rubble uncoused brought up to courses,complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfacescomplete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry With grey cement and pigments in flors over 15 mm thick screed bed 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor tiles, paver block or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles and staking and reuse for similar works all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone dust layed in floors or paving etc spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only (except tiles) machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block with grey cement and pigment (Reflective type) in any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast coloured concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with mixture of grey cement and pigment (Make: Ultra Tiles or equivalent) complete as specified and directed

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in any position complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Floor, Hard standing 50 mm thick, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement as in complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided forComplete all as specified.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Welding in repair exc 2.5cm but n exc 5cm in length, thickness of Metal to be welded n.exc. 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

Opening cover of septic tank, dewatering and taking out night sludge etc from septic tank and removing sludge outside MD land and cleaning the septic tank as per BMC rules and placing the cover in original position ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) All T&P including labour shall be provided by the contractor at their own cost. (ii) The measurement for the quantity of sludge removed will be arrived by multiplying the inner dimensions of septic tank to actual depth of sludge deposited by dipping the measuring rod. The depth shall be of that wet surface on measuring rod for payment purpose.

Systematically cleaning of 150 mm dia to 450 mm dia pipe of sewage/drains by passing rope knots, bamboo, kampti and disc of required size from manholes to manholes,septic tank and well flushing after cleaning sewer line/drain pipe with water (excluding septic tanks) Cleaning/clear of blockage of manholes, gully traps, floor traps, vertical soil/waste pipe of different dia and sewage line in the area of AFS K hills by providing and deployment of 02 (TWO) Nos of Labours per day including Sundays and Holidays. Note : (a) The labour (02 nos) will report daily at 0845 hrs on all working days including Sundays and holidays at complaint cell centre to attend complaints given by EIC.Complaints needs to be cleared within 24 hrs after receiving the complaints. The contractor will deploy requisite labour and supply all T&P ( mechanical Iron rods, knot ropes , bamboo etc.) scaffolding ladders any other materials required to clear the blockages at the site without any extra cost .Labour for cleaning of sludge from sewage lines (any dia) to manhole is included in quoted rates. In case any labour does not report to EIC for the whole day or found missing more than half an hour on any day, Panel recovery @ RS.900/- per head per day shall be made proportionally from contractor's dues. (b) The recovery will be made from the contractor @250 Rs per complaint which are not cleared within 24 hrs from the date and time of receipt of complaints. Decision of EIC is final in this respect. Two persons will be provided by the contractor at site. The above item includes conveyance cost of labour with their tools to travel from pocket to pocket to attend complaints including removal of sludge from the site outside MOD land to a distance not exc 5km (The department shall not be liable to provide any kind/form of transportation to the labour). (c) Registers of labour attendance and complaints slips shall be maintained by contractor at their own cost, which shall be kept in the custody of MES Department(complaint cell) duly signed by contractor's representative ,JE(civil) and Engineer in charge. (d) The documents viz. attendance register, complaint register, log sheet / record of complaint made / attended shall be maintained separately for each locations / complaint center. (e) The police verification with regard to antecedent and character of tradesmen engaged by the tenderer, shall be carried out by the contractor at his own expenses before obtaining temporary pass on monthly basis. (f) The police verification report, showing names and addresses of tradesmen shall be required to be submitted to the Engr-in-Charge/GE as and when asked for. (g) The contractor shall submit attested copies of necessary safety insurance for subject tradesmen/supervisor employed for the execution of contract.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete with type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc (Inner girth only measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up 150mm bore drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar and removing and depositing the debris to a distance n.exc 50mm complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and n exe 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, sewage lines, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft /loo soil. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Salt glazed stone ware drain pipes grade 'A' internal dia of pipe 150 mm laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L cement Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surronding pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) bore of pipe is 150 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs salt glazed stone ware gulley traps, square or round mouthed type 'P' of size 180 mm x 150 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping benching for manholes etc including weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throuting including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of RCC Manhole covers, slabs etc of any description and in any position not specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole cover of any section with plain fair faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to TMT bars complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connect in new drains making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel ½ round or ¾ section in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in leyers n.exc 25cm each layer in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil n.exc 50 mtr away deposited where directed n.exc 1.50 mtr high from the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (15 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick finishing coat in CM 1:4 ) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finished even and smooth without using extra cement with using water proofing compound (water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces in Camouflage pattern complete all as specified and directed.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment on surface of wall etc in any position washing down with water and clearing the surface from all loose dirt, chalk, grease, fungi,algal, flakes etc, and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic paint over a coat of weather proof primer with camoulfage pattern complete all as directed.

M&L Preparation of old treated brick or concrete wall, cleaning the surface from all loose dirt chalk greese fungi, algai flakes and applying one coats of acrylic paint weather proof exterior grade with camouflage pattern complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Note: Painting surface may not be directly accessible due to some obstructions, Hence qoated rates shall include necessary scaffholding etc.complete all as specified and directed.
