Supply,Laying , jointing and testing 3 core120 sqmm underground cable heavy duty, 11000 Volts, XLPE (earthed) insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable , laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads /paths /drains/culverts duly encased in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes complete all as specified and directed of

Supply & lay in trenches double walled corugated HDPE pipe 110 mm dia for protection of under ground cables( Note: pipe couplers with seal, bends, end covers etc are deemed to be included in rate quoted)

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing heat shrinkable cable end joint , out-door type with and including jointing materials suitable for 11 KV , XLPE cable of size 120 sqmm , 3 core , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for in door termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 sqmm

M&L for cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for coping of HT/LT poles including necessary form work all as specified and directed. (for pole coping)

M&L for cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation for pole including necessary form work all as specified and directed

M&L Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding , bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts,in any shape or sizes as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat and two coats of alluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 12 above but exc. 1.5 mtr and n. exc. 3.0 mtr in depth complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removing of excavted soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making underground boring (Manually/Mech) through existing bituminous road/PCC/Floor along cross section of the road at a depth approx 1.0 mtr for laying of GI tubing of dia 100 mm for encasing of cable all as specified and directed at site.

S&F pin type insulators porcelain, vitreous, white/brown/green colour of size 150 mm dia,150 mm height confirming to IS 731 of 1971 for 11 KV grade including 1 Galvanized MS spindle, 1 galvanized iron nuts,2 GI washers

Supply and fix single disc insulator porcelain viterous, 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type white /brown / green with tension clamps for conductor working pressure 11000 volts

S&F tubing 'light grade' galvanised iron with all fittings and fixed to poles, walls etc. with flat iron clamps/bolts/nuts/washers or laid in floors/under roads complete all as specified and directed of 80 mm bore

All as item No -19 above but 100 mm bore

S&F RCC rout marker/indicator of size 0.3mtrx0.15mtrx1.5mtr complete including embossing " HT CABLE" painting with one coat of primer and two coats of oil paint as per colour coding specified and directed by Engr-inCharge for exposed surfaces, excavation,PCC1:2:4 etc included in this item rate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and fix galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm fixed with saddles & fixing screws, PVC dash fastners, insulators fixed from test point to earth on walls or burried in ground / drawn into hume pipe all as specified and direted.

M&L for anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole

M&L for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20 cm size.

Supply, stringing, streaching and binding with insulator, ACSR conductor (Weasel /ferret/Mink) on HT/LT Poles including providing of necessary jumpers, connecting all existing incoming and out going connections, etc all as specified & directed.

"M&L earthing GI Strip complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm size by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified. including taking down old unserviceable earthings.

Dismantling of old unserviceable HT cable 120 Sqmm 3.0 core

Shifting of 11 KV RMU by disconnecting the all incoming and out going connection to a different location Making PCC foundation, installing the RMU on MS stand made out of 50x60x5 mm angle steel. Making all incoming and out going connections, all as specified and directed at site( all material and T&P required for shifting and erection of RMU is deemed to be included in the rate quoted)

Dismantling of old unserviceable 4 pole structure along with GOD, Dos, LA and anti climbing Device by breaking the PCC plinth of four pole structure and keeping in safe custody for taking as schedule of credit.

Supply and fix in galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm fixed with saddles & fixing screws, PVC dash fastners, insulators fixed from test point to earth on walls or burried in ground / drawn into hume pipe all as specified and direted.
