M & L for Machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified.

M & L for 15-18mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n exc 1.5 sq. m each complete all as specified and directed.

(M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. S&F 28-30 mm thick prelaminated moulded WPC factory made 100% solid door (conforming as per IS-4020) made from 100% lead free single extruded with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design on the front side with 10 mm deep mould on single side with wood grain texture and back side palin with density not less than 600 Kg/cum. Manufactured by an ISO : 9001-2015 certified company. The door should be water proof, termite proof, fire etardant and having screw holding capacity complete all as specified

S&F 2nd class hard wood glazed & skeleton shutter 35mm thick factory made open rebated & prepared to receive glass gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass,gauge etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR part-I , section 8, clause 8.24 (a) including complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of New untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of boarding any description fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed

S&F factory made 100 % solid wood plastic composite (WPC) flush type shutter of 18mm thickness one side laminate consisting of panel of PVC profile of 18mm (+ 0.7mm) thick of denisity 600 kg per cum manufactured by ISO-9000 certified company using for shutter cillicia ply 18mm thick and fixed with frame. M & L in repairs Bird proofing mesh made of Anty Bird Net UV black/blue colour as approved by Engineer-in Charge made of material Polyolefin all weather-proof Co-polymer of machines knotting using CNC machine with DSLS technology for anti slip knotting, heat setting should be steam set for greater dimensional stability and knot firmness and diameterof the twine is 1mm and the size of mesh 25x25mm (+)/(-) 2mm and should achieve twine breaking strength of 16 Kgf (160N) minimum and MBS (mesh breaking strength) 12 Kgf (120N) and KBS (Knot breaking strength) 22 Kgf (220N) minimum fixed complete all as per manufacturers instructions complete on trusses. Bird proofing arrangement shall fixed/tied to truss members with nylon wire as per manufacturers instructions & as per direction of Eng-in-Charge. Make - Leo Technova India or equaivalent approved.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel pattern sheet 0.50mm thick of anY colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa and AZ-150 as in roof covering in hexagonal/rectangular/pentagonal shape cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa and AZ-150 as in roof covering including ridges /cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and fixed in any position etc complete all as directed.

M&L in Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240.

M&L for painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint to steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth on untreated steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement
