Material and labour for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping, with mechanical equipment, and making the surface free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc.by using pressure air, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10sqm, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2cm thick), well rammed and sealed with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen any penetration of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30mm using paving bitumen complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with mechanical equipment to remove all loose dirt etc complete and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer over black top surface at 5Kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10 on blacktop surface using mechanical spreyer and providing premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen any penetration of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix and 2% cement filler, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note: The work shall be executed by using hot mix plant & mechanical paver. The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for cement filler.

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows etc. by applying 2.5mm thick thermo plastic road marking compound of white/yellow of approved make and shade for road marking, not exc 10cm width on new/old surfaces, bituminous roads/ pavements or on cement concrete surfaces using HOT Processor Plant as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.
