Supply, fixing and connecting in replacement of Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and connecting in replacement of Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Double Walled Corrugated DWC HDPE Pipe of outer dia 90mm and innter dia 75mm including 90 degree bends with coupler and rubber ring laid in trenches of size 90 mm suitable for cable protection of size 70 sqmm to 185 sqmm cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of four pole structure by disconnecting of HT cables incoming and outgoing and earth strips from existing HT 4 pole structure complete with lightening arrestor, cross arms, insulators, DO fuse, AB switch, etc and HT cables reconnect after installation of RMU complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Factory inspection of RMU shall be carried out by Engineer in Charge, Contractor has to be inform the same in advance to the Dept. (iii) Pre-commissioning Inspection shall be carried out by EI/SEI of HQ CESC, Contractor has to arrange T&P for testing the same.

Supply and laying in replacement of synthetic rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, suitable for electrical shock safety of size 2mtr x 1 mtr.

Supply and fixing in replacement of galvanized earth strip 32 mm x 6 mm for earthing from earth plate to equipment complete fixed on porcelain insulator every 1 meter interval all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for stone aggregate 40mm graded spreading and leveling aroung 2 pole/ 4 pole structure where GOD installed including well ramming complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes each n'exc 0.5 Cum and getting out in in soft/ loose soil and returning filling in and ramming earth or broken boulders mixed with earth around in layers n;exc 25cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses includimg special shaped washers etc using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirng to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing rolled sections as in main and cross beams, Fe-410W purlinns etc. fixed with angle cleats, or other connectig plates complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based steel corrugated sheet 0.50 mm thick of Red colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of new surfaces including priming with redoxide, zinc chrome alongwith two coat of synthetic enamelled paint for surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Demolition of PCC of any description above/below ground level exceeding 15cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate for paver block or pole / struts foundation etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate for coping including necessary form work and fair finishing of exposed surface of concrete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of machine pressed precast interlocking paver block any size and shape of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade confirming to IS: 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment and vibrated with mechanical vibrator, with 30mm thick crushed sand for cushioning all as directed.

M & L in replacement Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the GI strip 32 x 6mm, by means nut bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of the GI Earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm incl provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregated with 40 mm thick cover with RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm) and frame with lugs 2 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, taste point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding than 50 mtr, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion”.
