M&L for providing and laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content VG-30 conforming to IS: W-73:2006 paving bitumen content by weight of total mix, including a coat of bitumen primmer VG-10@10KG per 10sqm, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using 8 to 10 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Mixing of SDAC shall be carried out in hot mix plant. Laying of bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be done only by using authomatic type censor paver. (ii) The design mix for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be carried out by contractor from approved NABL Lab / Institute / Govt Engg College as directed and design charges thereof shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L for providing and laying 75mm or less thickness (Consolidated thickness) premix bituminous macadam (design mix) with crushed and graded coarse stone aggregate filler (cement) and sand (fine aggregate) mixed with 4% binder content using paving bitumen by VG-30 grade by weight of total mix, mixing bituminous macadam in Hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver complete & rolled to required camber and gradient by using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- The design mix for BM shall be carried out by contractor from approved NABL Lab / Institute / Govt Engg College as directed and design charges thereof shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

S & F metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 02 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green ,red, yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 ( 150x150x300 mm ) type B1 complete all asspecified and as directed. NOTE: Reflectors shall be positioned at the best eye guiding level so that drivers shall be warned from a safe distance.

S& F solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mmx125mmx25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufactures instruction complete and all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective regulatory singn board of size 900 mm dia made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro-reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Letter, symbols, borders etc will be as per IRC-67 with required colour sheme on the boards and with the intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M S frame of angel iron of size 400x400x4 mm. The board will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50mm squared post made out of M S angle 50x50x4 mm, 4 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement. Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over and under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Convex Mirror made of PC front and ABS / metal back, size of Convex Mirror is indoor 80 cm, outdoor size is 80 cm, supported on one SS post upto 1.5m height above GL and embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm earth work graded stone aggregate of size 300 x 300 x 400 mm including necessary excavation in any type of strata with fixing arrangement complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50mtr wide and not exc 1.50mtr in depth for foundation etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone agg) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping for drain work and similar works including necessary form work and finishes the surfaces even without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels, drains complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on concrete block masonry in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering & well ramming in layers n exc .25 cm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in landings, cover slab,chajjas etc.and similar articles with plain faces set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note. Reinforcement will be measured & paid for seperately

S&F TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than .9mm dia. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel plate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases, splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections complete all as specified and directed. (Fe-410W, E-250 grade)

S&F medium grade galvanised steel tubing with all fittings laid in trenches for 50 mm bore GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxied primer including preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width and girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of entire existing water proofing treatment in any position, any thickness including tarfelt, Plaster, lean concrete, gravels etc. and removing the debries out side MD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1,1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerb or mud stop, slightly rounded or champhered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) 40mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 over concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seprately as "Supply Only"

M&L Acrylic emulsion polymer of acrylic single component low viscosity polymer for preventing leakages over exisitng/New surface of slab, terrace, exterior, interior wall, Chajjas etc as per following procedure :- (a) Surface & surface preparation : Remove all the loose particles, dirt & dust clean by water, wire brush & mechanical cleaning, grease & oil should be cleaned using solvents, If the surface is previously coated with tar, it should be thoroughtly scraped off. The surface should be dry before application . All the cracks and crevices in the concrete slab to be filled with polyurethene based sealent with and including application of PU based primer all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Finish paint : Apply water based polyurethenene modified dispersion (single component cold applied, non toxic,VOC complaint)in 03 coats icluding 01 coat of primer of same materials after dillution of water at 50 % or specific primer matching same material as per manufacturers specificationand as dircted by EIC/GE (c) Guarantee & security deposit for the treatment/leakages shall be all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in two layers, 5mm thick using WPC @3% by weight of cement over 10 mm thick on stone masonary work/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on wall surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only WPC complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying 2mm thick wall care putty in two layers on walls/concrete over old /new plaster surfaces internally complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of approved primer on Old/New surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of Interior wall surface,or any waterfall area including removing all fungus, dirt, grease and patches and drying surfaces and filling cracks if any with crack filler and appling two coats antifungal weather proof coating with time difference of min 04 hrs make Asian /Dr Fixit Sure seal or equilient making surface ready to receive final surface finish area and applying two coats 1.50 Sqm per Kg material in horrizontal and vertical aplication complete as per manufacturers instructions/ specificaction and directed by EIC. Note: Guarantee & security deposit for the treatment shall be all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old unserviceable glass / broken glass panes of any description, from old wooden or metal frames, or stone, concrete or brick surrounds any thickness or size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty and glazing clips in metal frame and second class hard wood beading in suitable size for wooden frames in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall, of size 110mm bore with clamps including taking down old pipe complete all as specified & directed.
