Returning and filling in, including spreading and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of 40 x 32 mm outer & inner dia, double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe confirming to IS-16205 Pt-24 with antirodent and non flame propogating properties of approval colour complete with fitting i.e.coupler,Tee,elbow clamp for cable protection of size 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting/taking down the steel tubular GI Pole which is titling/leaning by engaging suitable crane or manullay complete all as specified and directed

Supply, transport, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged welded pole of over all height 9 m long complete type 410-SP-22 conforming to IS-2713 (Part I to III 1980 reaffm 2008 with cast iron base plate, finial tapper plug cap, bolt, nut and washer etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Excavation, earth work and PCC work for embedding pole shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Pole upto 1.5 m top of coping shall be painted with 2 coats of black and white strips alternate 30cm each over one coat of red oxide primer. (iii) Steel tubular pole above 1.5 m shall be painted with 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer (iv) Pole below ground shall be tarred by one coat (v) Poles shall be numbered and the rate for above items shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm size graded stone aggregate) Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm size graded stone aggregate) as in coping of pole sand including formed work and demolition of existing coping complete all as specifed and directed

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm size graded stone aggregates) Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for breaking and romoving old Cement concrete in street light pole coping , using breaker or hevy eqpt exct complete all as specifed and directed.

Labour for trimming / pruning tree branches overhanging or interfering or obstructing electrical pole or street lights complete all as directed in such a way that the clearance between Street light pole and tree branches should not be less than 1.5 mtrs around the Pole/Fitting complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in replacement of LED 90watt street light fiitting made up of pressure die cast housing with toughned glass and individual LEDs with secondary optics and IP 66 protection incl complete fixing to pole/wall with necessary nut, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of Busbar panel weather proof outdoor type single door, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with epoxy powder coating of RAL-7035 ( Siemens Gray) shade with matt finish with seven tank pre treatment process. The Panel shall be compartmentized design totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, conforming to degree of protection IP-55, Gaskets between all adjacent units and beneath all covers shall be provided to render the joints dust proof. All doors and covers shall be provided with cylindrical panel locks and shall be fully gasketed with neoprene rubber and shall be lockable. The panel shall be provided with aluminium bus bars, 300mmX40mmX5mm (thickness) electrolytic grade of adequate rating. The bus bars and Interconnecting links shall be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve with 4. RYB & black colour coding and fix horizontally. The bus bars shall be supported on unbreakable, non-hygroscopic SMC insulated supports at sufficiently close intervals to prevent busbars sag and shall be housed in a dedicated compartment. including incoming and outgoing cable connection, glands, thimbles All joints and connection shall be done with galvanised or codmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers. The panel shall be provided with 04 Nos 25mmx25mmx3mm thick angle iron supports of not less than each 0.6 mtr height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint and grouted on wall (at Sudan Dome)and suitable fixing arranement as per site requirement. The overall size of the Busbar panel shall be 350mmx200mmx400mm (LxBxH).including PCC 1:3:6 all as directed and specified by Engr in Chrage. Make: Baja/Havells/C&S/Legrand/ M/s Power system control

Supply and fix in replacement of junction box thermo plast (weather proof) IP 66, on street light poles made out of thermoplastic of inside size 350mm x 250 mm x 150 mm size with connector for connecting incomming and outgoing of cable including 01 No of MCB DP 06 Amps to control the pole light circuit and MS brackets made out of 32 x 4 mm flats for fixing the box on post complete with nuts, bolts and washers and suitable size of double compression cable glands for incomming, outgoing of cable Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge Make Sintex Cat pat No GSJB-3525 or equivalent make as mentioned in makes list in PS.

S& F in repairs GI tubing Medium grade 40 mm dia ISI marked for cable protection of street light pole from trench to terminal box with all fittings laid in and fixed pole by flat iron clamps, nut, bolt, washers suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scrapping down and removing of old deteriorated paint from steel tubular poles LT (07 to 08 Mtr) height above ground level , preparing surface for painting , applying two coats of aluminium paint upto full height of pole including MS clamps, GI bracket, fitting ets all as directed at site including making balck and white strips of 30 cms each upto 1.5 m above PCC muffs with black and white paint and marking of pole No 2 m above PCC muff, letter should not be longer than 6 cm height with 16 cm dia circle around the marked NO complete all as such specified and directed

Removing existing damaged reflected strips from pole supply and fixing of 2 inch width retro reflective tape fixed to Street light Poles with red colour complete all as such specified and directed

M & L for making hole on a street light pole top and bottom for entry of service wire of 1.5 sqmm disconnecting the existing service connection from junction box and fitting and same has been reconnecting to junction box and fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Tarmac bituminised road cutting by using suitable hydraulic road cutter for a width not exceeding 300 mm and depth 600 mm for laying of 80 MM medium grade GI pipe incl refilling and making good with Tarmac/ PCC duly matching with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed Note:1. Quoted rate shall be incl of 80 MM Gi pipe medium grade 2. Quoted rate shall deemed to incl the cost of making good the disturbed surface.

M&L for cutting hard standing by providing suitable T&P to make suitable size bore for fixing 100 mm dia pipe in road/cutting hard etc. including the cost of making good the disturbed surface and matching with existing (Chequered tiles/Road/PCC) complete all as specified and directed.
