Supply and fixing in repair of aluminium strip 25x3.00mm with saddles with supports insulator of same size fixing screws etc for roof and down conductor along the walls including taking down existing damaged unserviceable strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and refixing the existing aluminium/Copper strip any size after repairing & straightening the same as required with GI saddles and in same size in supports insulators of same size at a distance of min 60 cm or as directed and fixing screws with proper drill machine etc for roof and down conductor complete all as specified and as directed. Note :(i) Insulator will be measured and paid in respective items as supply only. (ii) Arrangement for working at heighted Bldg to be carriedout by the contractor and rate for this is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Taking down existing bent air terminals aluminium/Copper rod of any size and refixing the same properly after repairing & straightening with new flat iron 25mmx5mm thick and 40cm long with new nut and bolts, clamps etc fixed/clamped to existing GI pipes/poles complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in repair test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75 mm x 75 mm x 25 mm, drilled and screwed including 03 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws including taking down existing damaged unserviceable block complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC rectangular block of size 100 x 100 mm and 50 mm deep thickness not less than 3.00 mm to accommodate test terminal block 75x75x25mm including taking down existing damaged unserviceable box complete all as specified and as directed. Make: ISI approved

Supply and fixing in repair of GI earth continuity conductor 4mm dia fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or drawn in conduit/pipe or fix to pole or any other situation for loop earthing etc including taking down existing damaged unserviceable conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Restringing of existing copper ropes of size 8 SWG or 4 mm dia 7 wire binding to shackle type insulators including fixing clamps with new nut & bolts to roof post complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing copper ropes of size 8 SWG or 4 mm dia 7 wire binding to shackle type insulators including fixing clamps with new nut & bolts to roof post complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair shackle type porcelain vitreous, white insulator for working pressure 1100 volts of 90 mm dia and 75 mm height including galvanized mild steel strips of 30mmx3.00mm size 12 mm dia insulator, bolts, washers, nuts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade including bends, sockets etc for earth strip laid in ground/floor, fixed on wall with proper clamping complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C 1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for making block of size 400x400x200 mm or any size as specified including necessary form work if any for fixing GI pipe/air termination rod complete all as specified and as directed.

Testing of lightening conductor earth resistance by using earth tester in presence of Depot user representative and MES representative and record the reading in user register & MES register respectively and duly countersigned by OC of users & AGE E/M complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- (i) Testing of lightening conductor for subsequent Half year ending. (ii) Contractor has to submit testing sheet of earthing of each sub depot duly signed by sub depot Cdr/users rep with stamp. (ii) Ser No of Earth Testers which is used by the contractor for conducting of testing of lightening conductor Earth Resistance should be submit before starting of Testing at Depot Area. (iii) Calibration Test Certificate for given Ser No should be submit by the contractor before starting of Testing at Depot Area (iii) Calibration Test shall be measured and paid seperately

M&L for Calibaration Test for Digital Earth Tester having Range 0-10 Ohm and 0-1000 Ohm and submit the test report to Engir-In-Charge complete all as specified and directed Note:(i) Calibaration test will be carriedout by the NABL approved Lab. (ii) Cabibration Test shall be carried out twice in the contract period and rates for this are deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) Calibration Test for minimum two Number of Earth Tester used by the contracor are deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Material and labour in repair for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60xcmx3.15mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below the normal ground level connected to copper earth strip 20x3mm size as earth lead by means of copper bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, protected by GI pipe medium grade 32mm bore all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earth test point electrode, PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade etc and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- The unit rate shall also include for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 100 mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade, GI protection pipe medium grade 32mm bore and wire mesh and adequate quantity of charcole and salt complete. Note No 2 :- Rate of copper earthing strip and GI protection pipe up to 7.5 m shall be included in unit quoted rate of this item

Material and labour in repair for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60xcmx6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below the normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32x6mm size as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, protected by GI pipe medium grade 40mm bore all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earth test point electrode, PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade etc and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- The unit rate shall also include for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 100 mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade, GI protection pipe medium grade 32mm bore and wire mesh and adequate quantity of charcole and salt complete. M&L for earth pit outer size 450mm x 450mm x 450mm in heigth & inner size 300mm x 300mm x 300mm in height with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and one number suitable size RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 100 mm c/c both ways including excavation returning filling etc complete all as specified and directed (Note :- Unit rate shall also include for excavation / earthwork in hard/dense soil)

S&F in repair galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm as earth continuity conductor, beyond earth test point or as ring conductor, fixed to wall on GI saddles or burried in ground or drawn in pipe or any other situation including taking down existing damaged unserviceable strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only insulator(Epoxy) DMC connector for strip 25x3mm with brass nut, bolt and washer complete on a distance of 60 cm or complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only insulator(Epoxy) DMC connector for strip 32x6 mm with brass nut, bolt and washer complete on a distance of 60 cm or complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply,fixing and testing elapp Brass copper lightening arrester 5/8' diameter and 1 m in length with 5 spikes and base plate for building protection coverage 45 degree from top point of the arrestor

M&L for mild steel cross arms (not less than 40X40X6 mm size) , bracings supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections,iron rod and channel including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or not, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.
