M & L for TMT bars of Fe-500 D grade conforming to IS: 1786, 10 mm dia & over, including cutting to length, bent to shape required, cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 38 but 5mm dia and over upto including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of bricks or concrete surface work in CM 1:4, finished fair and even inculiding with integral water proofing compound 3% for by weight of cement including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately) .

Supply only integral Water Proofing compound

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of walls, and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed

S&F mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings etc, with ends of bars shouldered or rebated or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe -290 Grade -E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for broken glass coping on top of walls in cement morter 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel Framed work as in doors or Gates of angle or other section confirming to Fe 410 - S, with gusset plates, rails braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering and hanging and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel works (Fe-290 Grade E-165) as in posts and struts etc in fencing of angle or other sections, including cuttings tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia bars 75mm spacing fencing incuding dismantled wire to be coiled neatly as directed by EIC.

M&L for coarse sand filling as in invert filter etc (at back of walls) laid in layers not exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and consolidation including watering, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hand packing (any thickness) with boulders of gauge 60mm to 40mm as in invert filters etc (at back of walls) and raising (or lowering) to the required level, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable underground cable XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured heavy duty aluminium conductor LT 1100 Volts grade of any size fixed on pole, wall and laid in trenches etc after disconnecting complete all as specified and directed. Note - Excavation and earth work will be mesured and paid seprately.

Dismantling of old UNSV PCC poles 9 mtr long including Street Light fittings including necessary disconnecting cables and removing unserviceable pole from site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning by spreading in trenches crushed sand by gently punning down manually as in cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV ISI marked,type-I, flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm laid in trenches,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing road in hard dense soil, dense soil not exc 45 cm in wide & 60cm in depth and getting out excavated material for laying GI tube, returning filling & well ramming watering finish suraface 10 cm from top using PCC 1:3:6; including removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed.
