Material & Labour for machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 Grade, glossy finished of approved colour laid to a line and slope etc and joined complete including spreading screened river sand over surface for filling the joints and gently rolled with vibrator complete all as specified .

Material & Labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed..

Material & Labour for removing carefully loose concrete work by low impact hammer without damaging the structure, cleaning of loose dirt, dust from concrete surface, cleaning with water and applying epoxy coat as bonding agent Nitobond for bonding between old and new surface and applying microconcrete along edges of dock walls, jetties, corners, grooves, alters, steps, piers, slabs and other marine structure including all lifts, shuttering, scaffolding and safety arrangement all as required as per site condition and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for chipping, removing carefully concrete work by low impact hammer breakar without damaging the structure ( hard concrete should not be removed by force) and removing the loose, spailt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortar surfaces from RCC columns, beams, walls, chajja etc and exposing the reinforcement with wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing/ welding new reinforcement for strengthening the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing ready mix polymer plaster 20mm thick in CM (1:3) and finishing the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. Note :- New reinforcement and MS Sections shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & Labour PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof/chajja/floor slope cement complete including cutting construction/expansion joint and filling bitumen as a binding agent all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs , chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering, throating and use of forms, moulds or machine moulds etc, setting in cement mortar (1:4) with joints to match complete all as specified . Note - Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separetly.

Material & labour for complete removal of existing treatment including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted wall surfaces, filling holes and cracks with filling putty on wall and applying one coat of wall care putty not less than 3mm thickness and making the surface even and smooth using emery paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified..

Material & Labour for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in ceiling in cement mortar (1:3) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for preparing new plastered surfaces in ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 20mm thick in two coats (15mm under coat plus 5mm finishing coat) in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with and including Pidiproof LW+water proofing chemical as per manufacturer''s instructions and finishing the surface fair and even including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic based paint (100% acrylic) over one coat of self primer including necesssary scaffolding and safety arrangement for high rise buildings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material & Labour for preparation of RCC/PCC roof structure and priming @ 0.8 Kg per Sqm of finished concrete surface complete and an evenly a coat of cold bituminous at 1 Kg per Sqm and applying seating cloth over cold bituminous , finaly paving bitumen of any penetration at 2.5Kg per Sqm all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with the clips.

-ditto- all as per item No 20.00 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

Material & Labour for Core cutting with mechanical instrument in RCC jetty slabs, corner, stone boulder on jetty corner/jetty wall etc 50 to 100mm deep and 100mm wide including filling with epoxy hardener complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs 316 grade stainless steel decorative railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (whereever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waiste slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified. (design and pattern as approved by GE)

Supply and fixing in repairs Stainless steel decorative railings chain alloy (grade 316), having 8 mm minimum thickness (design and pattern as approved by GE) as used to connect two stainless steel post with hooks etc. Complete with and including necessary welding , buffing /polishing and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or thickness incl Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, chajjas, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of an colour having tenstile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for Gently cleaning the surface of the stone masonry, arches and piers with specialized Water Misting Techniques using air water jet with a fine nozzle sprinkling system calibrated to spray a fine mist along the stone surfaces of capacity not less than 120bar, without over wetting,followed up by gentle brushing with soft nylon brushes as specified. Gentle surface cleaning may include using water misting and mild pH balanced surfactants as specified for indicated areas to remove surface dirt, grit, sulphate accretions, lime wash, acrylic paint and water based distemper from surfaces of stone by means of water misting and pH balanced surfactants and cleaning as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :Rate quoted shall deemed to be included necessary scaffolding and safety arragement as directed.

Material & labour for raking out cement pointing or any other hard material used and carefully re-pointing of stone masonary in jetty/ dock above sea water level by using RENDEROC SP 40 of FOSROC for marine environment and submerged condition. The contractor to ensure use of masking tape and sharp specialized spatula and tools to ensure clear lines and high level workmanship on site all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :Rate quoted shall deemed to be included necessary scaffolding and safety arragement as directed.

Material & Labour for transparent protective paint Nitocote SN 522 (transparent) of Fosroc suitable for stone masonary in marine and submerged condition as per manufactures instruction and as directed. Note for Item No 32.00 to 34.00 i) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of removing vegetation, sea growth on surface of stone wall surfaces. ii) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of necessary arrangement of scaffolding or otherwise while carrying out work above sea water level If there is requirement of small private boat for carrying out the work, same shall be arranged by contractor. iii) Necessary safety precautions as per safety norms like helmet, shoes, life jacket shall be ensured by contractor and quoted rates includes the same. iv) Work shall be executed as per manufacturer instructions with approved applicator and certificate shall be submitted alongwith RAR duly signed by GE .

Material & Labour for injecting of site mixed cement slurry grout, mixed in specified proportion containing cement ,sand, water with addition of plasticizers & migratory corrosion inhibitor (Dr Fixit Epoxy injection ), water cement ratio shall be varied between 0.5 to 1.0 for each hole, shrinkage compensating slurry mixed to a lump free fresh creamy consistency, mixing shall be done by mixer continuouly stiring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 3-5 Kg/Sqcm till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle including necessary scaffolding upto any height complete filliing of grout in the holes drilled .

Material & labour for preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.
