External Water Supply:- Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of centrifugally cast (spun) ductile Iorn pressure pipes 200mm bore with Spigot and Socket ends , ISI marked, for water supply conforming to IS 8329/2000 with class K9, laid in trenches/ road crossings etc suitable for tyton joint (push-on) complete including rubber gaskets (ISI marked) for jointing materials complete all as specified as directed Note :- (a) Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately. (b) DI fittings will be measured and paid seperately

All as per item No 7.00 here-in-before but 150 mm bore.

Ductile iron fittings class 12, PN-10 conforming to IS 8329-2000 with inside cement mortar lining and out side zinc followed by black bitumen coating of any type suitable for spigot, socket or flanged ends such as bends, tapers, socket, Tee, cross, collars, caps, lugs, flanges etc as per requirement of size upto 200mm bore including jointing materials complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick masonary valve pit chambers with and including one brick thick masonary built in cement mortar (1:6) PCC in foundation 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, rendering 10 mm thick in cm 1:6 internally 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and fair externally, PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stoneaggregate) for coping 10 cm thick, 3 mm thick MS plate cover with locking arrangements with angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm including painting to MS work with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over one coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation and earth in any type of soil/strata complete for size - Internal dimension 1050x1050x1050mm complete all as specified

This reinforcement shall conform to IS:1786 latest edition. The foundation shall extend above sorrounding ground/driveway level for 200 mm and have slant 63mm dia. PVC sleeve cast insitu foundation for cable entry as per the drawing. Cost of foundation including excavation, earthwork, PCC, RCC, formwork and reinforcement shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted against the item.
