(xiii) The bidders are advised not to quote rate less than minimum fair wages as circulated by competent authority . If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost as given at Sch A Note at Page No 15, the lowest bidder will have to depost FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid (cover No 2). (xiv) The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated cost as given at Sch A Note at Page No 15, and amount quoted by lowest bidder for respective item. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees, the department shall have right to with hold the said amount which will be verified by GE. The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amount to be withheld shall be final and binding. The withheld amount will be utilised by GE for payment to employees if contractor fails to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released. If the lowest bidder fails to deposit the amount as stated above within 07 days, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid shall be rejected. The contractor shall submit 03 Nos of BGBs/FDRs of equal amount as mentioned above. The BGBs/FDRs validity shall be for 04 months, 08 month & 12 months respectively for the purpose of encashment release as the case may be. (xv) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliver whenever necessary as required and directed by the Engineer in charge.

Repair & maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrical lift with power operated door, simplex collective control system with repair/ replacement of unserviceable damaged parts such as bearings, bushes, all type of guide shoes, hangers,car door sills, landing door sills, door locks, cabin lights, cabin fan, control cards, and its contacts, hall push buttons and its spares, connector/links, welding of crack/broken and MS parts, Landing operating Panel of any size and capacity, repairs /maint of unserviceable damaged door safety edge and sensor mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact, car position indicator, rewinding of motor, and all connected accessories and repair/maintenance of broken COP/LOP buttons and display, including cover, Fire alarm, Firemen button glass, Intercom, alarm/hooters, Maintenance of damaged hand rail, Shaft, light/switches, complete with illuminated push button and direction indicator with LED display with LPT/LPC card of stainless steel inclusive of harness wiring for laminating of push button of each floors and cutting wall making good disturbed surface with masonry work to make with existing surface & cable as per requirement for safe operation of lifts , fixing of loose rail bracket with necessary masonry work , ensure safe and smooth functioning of lift and complete maint of car top, binding of loose wire at control panel and rust painting at car top and door and allied parts with testing, two coats of Painting of Gear motor, all MS channels and Control panels using spray gun complete, dewatering of lift wells in case of any emergency arise all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following lifts:- . Location :- Aditi 01 Nos lift ( G+12 upper floor.)

All as per item No 2.00 herein before but 13 passenger G + 12 upper floors in building Ahilya 01 Nos lifts

Notes for item No 2.00: 1) The AMC should cover any/all parts of lifts if its function found defective the same should be repaired or replaced by the OEM as per the timeline covered under norms. 2)One Mechaninc shall be avialable round the clock at lift complaint cell for safe and smooth function of the lift. 3)Rewinding of motor/gear if required will be done by contractor and no extra cost will be given by department. 4) Cost of minor spare parts routine material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate exept items mentiioned here in after. No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. 5) All minor spare parts and parts required for repair replacement for maintenance of lifts to be replaced during the AMC at no extra payment. 6) Bidders are to submit yearly Inspection report from Govt of Maharashtra issued by Chief Electrical Inspector 7) Two coats of painting of Gear and motor and all MS channels and Control panels using spray gun complete, dewatering of lift wells in case of any emergency arise all as directed by Engr in Charge. 8) The detailed duty mechanics of the firm shall report to the JE Concerned at the Lift complaint cell for receiving the complaints at round the clock daily including sunday and holiday. 9) The detailed lift mechanics shall sign ( Their shift wise) in the attendence register kept with lift cell. 10) Duty Mechanics shall be available as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in-Charge or Lift Cell in-Charge. In case of emergency he will function according to their direction. If he is found absent or move without intimating to in-Charge of Lift Cell or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs 1500/- per shift shall affected. .

Supply and fixing main pulley as per existing dia complete and suitable for passenger/ goods lift all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Material and labour for 18 mm thick mirror polished black granite slab, machine cut, mirror polished set on vertical surface round with lift facial elevation including back casting CM (1:3) 15 mm thick and joint filling with white cement with pigment to match with shade of granite for lift archive at all floors as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of rope over load relay sensor from ropes suitable for upto 13 passenger capacity lift complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :-As per OEM recommendation as per design of existing installed lifts

Disconnecting and taking out defective unserviceable main drive (any type) from existing control panel and supply and fixing new main drive VVVF drive confirming to IS 14665 with all electric connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable emergency alarm system complete supply & fixing new emergency alarm /Hooter system having audible range more than 0.1 km assembly on ground floor landing complete with PCB card battery backup battery charging unit and speaker including necessary control/ electric connection wiring with COP and control panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel up to the test point all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I connected to lifts including PCC chamber pit, CI cover, GI funnel with wire mesh, GI protection pipe of 50 mm dia for earth lead and 20mm GI pipe for watering , excavation and earth work in any type of soil, filling the pit with charcoal and common salt surrounding the earth plate complete including connecting up to machine drive motor and control panel and testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old damaged Chequered plate . Supplying & fixing new aluminium Chequered plate of thickness of 5mm including removing existing plates complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge,

Supply and lay aluminium strip of size 32x6 mm from test point to lift machine room (G+12 bldg) to be terminated to the control panel, machine and other equipment installed in machine room complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable LOP and Supply & fixing LOP woth complete button for operation suitable for serial communication system all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge,

Supply and fixing in repair new toe guard with connected accessories suitable for goods/passenger lifts complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking out defective COP assembly, supply and fixing new COP assembly for 08/13 ps lifts illuminated push button for floor position indicator, alarm, non stop, door close, door open, cabin light, stop attendant out key etc including direction indicator of 7 segment display with CPI card on stainless steel face plate duly connected with existing control and electric system complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out gear box assembly from main machine for overhauling and repair/ replacement of unserviceable/wornout parts such as worm wheel, worm shaft bushes, thrust bearing and pedestal bearing and necessary packing including overhauling ,cleaning alignment of gear box assembly and after repairs/ replacement of wornout parts assembly and refixing with existing machine with proper alignement and testing complete all as specified and ditected by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting and taking out defective shaft wiring and providing new shaft wiring in hoist way up to lower limit switch with PVC insulated flat/ round type standard copper conductor cable of suitable size 1100 volts grade with ISI Marked single core cable for earthing drawing through in and including galvnised sheet metel trunking upto ground floor in hoist way for control of all floor hall push button assembly ,limit switch, Firemen switch etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable buffer spring and supply & fixing new buffer spring complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable control panel and control wiring and panel suitable for bldg ( G+12) supply and fixing new control panel in hinged MS powder coated cabinet, with control wiring comprising with multiple microcontrolled programmed chip based, controlled by pulse modulation, complete with all safety devices such as thermal overload protection, over current protection, auto phase link to each other in network, and compatible to existing capacity VVVF drive confirming to IS 14665 , 3 phase supply, 415 volts, and motor capacity upto 15 HP complete including proper connection with proper lugs, terminal connectors screws and motor connection with galvanised sheet trunking 24 SWG including wiring of main motor with suitable size of stranded copper cable etc and panel suitable for bldg ( G+12) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
