Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick work or concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plastering15mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 in floors/walls/ceilings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Type B2 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) cement concrete in foundations, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450x 300 x 7 to 8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white and colour cement to match including 10mm thick back coat of cement plaster 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick coloured tiles (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white coloured cement including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 10mm dia and over TMT bars, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and icluding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia TMT bars, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and icluding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings, or running chajjas and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) done in fair finished complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC (reinforced cement concrete) type B1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded aggregates) in slabs supported on walls , beams and colums in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, Lintels, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs 15 mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings such as bends, socket, tees, elbows, unions, barrel, nipple, plugs, etc fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors with suitable size GI clamps etc. Including taking down the old one complete all as specified.

Ditto- as per item No 15 above but 20mm bore.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 75mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches/wall/floor including fixing clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius for 75mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75mm PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75mm bore PVC (SWR) floor trap plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Chief

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) works for door, windows, ventilators and partitions (fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling, C.P brass/ for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engr-in-charge.

S&F 4.80mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with beading in square/rectangular n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge
