S&F in repair 1100 volts grade 2.5 Sqmm twin core flat heavy duty cable PVC insulated,PVC sheet with aluminium conductors, multistranded served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC shathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4 mm dia GI suspension wire including disconnection and removing the unserviceable cable. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 1100 volts grade 4 Sqmm twin core flat heavy duty cable PVC insulated,PVC sheet with aluminium conductors, multistranded served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC shathed in service connections . complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair street light bracket made out of 25mm dia light grade pipe 1.2 mtr long bend to shape along with two FI clamp made out of 20mmx3mm including nut, bolt, washers all as directed and taking down the existing bracket complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M & L Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground nut less then 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead 32 x6 mm iron strip by means of bolts, nut check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to main switch distribution board complete and testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The unit rate shall also includes for excavation and earth work, in/any type of soil, pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 funnel with watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade, earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore GI medium grade, RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover for earrth chamber, 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT bar 150mm C/C both ways & 6mm dia MS round bars as handles of cover slab all as specified.

Supply & Fix in repair steel tubing GI light grade 50mm bore for cable protection passing under Road/Floor or for fixing to poles all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular poles 9/11 Mtr long including cross arms protection pipe and painting one coat of aluminium paint e ground level to top of pole and cross arms and protection pipe paint including writing poles numbers in white letter on black ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out LT XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable alongwith all joints of any size from trenches wall/roof/trenches complete all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Supply and laying XLPE LT 1100 volts underground earthed cable, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty 1100V with multi stranded, aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 2 core x 10 Sqmm including laying, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and laying XLPE LT 1100 volts underground earthed cable, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty 1100V with multi stranded, aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 2 core x 16 Sqmm including laying, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and laying XLPE LT 1100 volts underground earthed cable, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty 1100V with multi stranded, aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 4 core x 25 Sqmm including laying, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and laying XLPE LT 1100 volts underground earthed cable, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty 1100V with multi stranded, aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 4 core x 16 Sqmm including laying, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and laying XLPE LT 1100 volts underground earthed cable, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty 1100V with multi stranded, aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 4 core x 10 Sqmm including laying, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide & not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation, laying of cable or pipe and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in trenches in soft/loose soil in layers n.exc. 25 cm after laying of cables including spreading, levelling, watering, and well ramming complete all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.5 metre high from the starting point all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Supply and fixing Double wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethylene (HDPE) pipe of size 50 mm diameter as per IS 14930 (Part-2):2001, Laid in trenches/floors and fixed on walls/poles, with and including neccessary fittings such as bends, sockets and other connected accessories etc., for laying of electric cables, complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

S&F MCB TPN 63 amps 415 volts Complete all as specified and directed including taking out old one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MCB SPN 32 amps 230 volts Complete all as specified and directed including taking out old one as per directed by EIC.

Supply and fix Galvanised steel tubes, light grade of 40 mm dia fixed with Clamp in PCC pole including Cement work all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Road cutting for UG cable under road/railway crossing, pavement, hardstanding by mannually means, protection GI pipe for cable of required dai and making it good to match with the adjoining surface/structure for after cable passing complete all as specified and directed. Note : GI pipe and PCC will be measured and paid against respective items.

Supply and fixing in repair 1100 volts grade 0.75 Sqmm three core FR PVC round sheathed copper conductors (flexible) industrial cable confirming to IS694suitable for connection street lights complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge., .

Repair/Replacement of Automatic Street light Control Switch using Infrared Sensor based Nature Switch for automatic switching of street lights. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural light Lux level.Required illumunance Level for Switching ON is30 Lux and for Switching OFF 10 lUX.The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min .4 hrs to max.12 hrs .The sensor along with suitable power Contactor(s) and Incoming-Outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable Rust proof,Electric shock proof,Termite proof and FR grade thermoplastic polycarbonate Enclosure with hinged Enclosure conforming to IP-66 protection class 2. The Circuit should also have provision for Manual Operation(i.e sensor By -pass option).Two-phase load of 2x8 kw (Swadeep-66-16 kw 3P) with Contactor,Incoming MCB & Outgoing MCB rating of 40-63 Amps & Main load Circuit Wiring(Copper) of min.16 sq .mm with two nos Contactors,two nos.Incoming MCBs & 2 nos.Outgoing MCBs of 40-63 Amps each & Circuit wiring (Copper) of min.10 sq.mm.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair loop in / loop out box of internal size 250 x 210 x 115mm made out of FRP (Hot moulded type) with weather proof canopy and locking screws alongwith 5/6 Amps MCB-01 No, 15 Amps rated 3 pole connector - 01 Nos, neutral link mounted and Din rail suitable size for mounting MCB/Connector complete in the box, duly fixed to steel tubular pole using 25 x 3mm FI clamp with suitable gland and lugs for connecting cable including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.
