M&L for repair to Spalling of concrete, damaged surface of RCC elements like beams, columns, wall, slab by removing all loose cement plaster/concrete, dust, oil, paint, grease, waterproof coating etc, Expose fully any corroded steel in the repair area and remove all scale and corrosion deposits , Apply rust remover for rust free bars, apply Epoxy zinc primer of approved make over the cleaned rebars and allow it to dry before pouring of micro concrete of approved make , applying one coat of epoxy bonding agent of approved make before pouring of mix concrete, providing and laying of micro concrete at least upto 20mm thickness (average) by using the recommended water powder ratio mix the microconcrete with pan mixer as per manufacturer's instruction including watertight shuttering at any position including necessary curing and removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Rate of rust remover, Epoxy zinc primer, Epoxy bonding agent and micro concrete is included in this quoted rate.

M & L cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in coping,roof curve of masonary wall including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including demolition of old concrete and removal of debris outside MD land as directed including necessary form work complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for applying rustic texture paint of 3mm thick of desired finish as approved by GE over a coat of exterior wall primer which includes preparation of old decorated surfaces, cleaning of loose paint , grease , growth of fungus, algae or moss by using wire brushing and watering and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint and including all necessary scaffolding upto 17th floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (compony depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces and including all necessary scaffolding upto 17th floor complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for old plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (compony depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces and including all necessary scaffolding upto 17th floor complete all as specified and directed..

M&L Preparing of old surfaces of walls/ceiling washing the surface thoroughly, filling the cracks, creaves with crack filling compound as suggested by the manufacturers and applying two coats of Rain coat manufactured by approved make. (shade to match the existing paint) incl necessary scaffolding for work all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for preparing old plastered / decorated surface of wall including cornices etc by brooming down and applying one coat of oil bound distemper with smooth roller finish including necessary scaffolding upto15th floor hight,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note-after painting cleaning of all floors,glass by own arrangement).

M&L Preparation of old painted wood or wood based surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with smooth roller finish etc complete all as specified and directed by Engeer- in charge.

M&L Preparation of old painted on steel based surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with smooth roller finish etc complete all as specified and directed by Engeer- in charge.

M & L for Removal of vegetation/small tree roots on external surface of walls at any height etc by taking all necessary precaution including digging out roots of vegetation and filling holes with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using (20mm garded stone aggregate) after applying of suitable herbicides chemical to avoid regrowth of the vegetation and removing the debris MoD Land and including all necessary scaffolding upto 17th floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Re-writing the existing letters & figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exc 30 cm high & width complete all as specified.
