Material and labour for making operational of screw compressors chiller unit of Make 'Blue star' Model No LCW1-130X050505 complete all as per manufacturer's instruction by authorised dealers / workshop for improved performance and designed parameter including the following complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (i) Replacement of compressor oil by authorised company person. (i) Replacement of defective sensors (Temperature & Pressure sensors), loading coils, MCS keypad including testing of the compressor and finding the faulty parts and replacement of the parts of the compressor and make it operational to the satisfaction of the Engr-in-charge. (ii) Complete testing of each part of AC plant cleaning each part of unit carrying out preventive work like oiling, greasing, replacing defective parts with vacuum test and pressure test at specified pressure to detect leak and again same tests after leak repair to ensure leakage in the complete system.

Notes :- (a) New spare parts of compressors as required shall be measured and paid separately as supply only and cost of labour and T&P shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate of this item. (b) Unit rate quoted shall include for the necessary electrical check i.e checking of panel wiring to run the compressor smoothly. (c) Before opening of compressor the Freon gas to be taken in empty cylinder with the help of ice or as directed by Engr-in-charge. (d) Unit rate quoted shall also include for testing the whole system for any leakage using Nitrogen gas by vacuumizing the system and filling the system with pressurized Nitrogen to test the leakage including Nitrogen gas as required and top up repaired compressor and whole system with refrigerant gas R-134 and compressor oil after confirmation of no leakage. (e) Unit rate quoted shall also be inclusive of charging of compressor oil and refrigerant of sufficient quantity or as directed by Engr-in-charge. (f) Items required for smooth functioning of unit other than the items mentioned in the schedule is included in the quoted rate of the item. (g) Gas R-134 will be supplied by the department and compressor oil will be taken from schedule of items given below.

Replacement of unserviceable pressure transducer of 0-200 psi of screw type central AC plant as per existing make, model & type complete all as specified and testing complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
