Supply and fixing 50mm bore GI Pipe heavy grade with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on walls/ ceiling with and including suitable size GI clamps and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint red colour on external surface over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of existing concrete supporting block of pumps and motor, exceeding 15 cm of thickness above and below ground level and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in support of Base frame with MS bolts placed in concrete and hardstanding finishing even and fair including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

Comprehensive maintenance of all fire hydrant both single and double type, centrifugal pump set of 70 HP -2 Nos, 75 HP-2 Nos, 15HP booster pump -8 Nos, fire hose, reel drum, gate valve, lugs, rubber washer of hydrant , pressure switch and other connected accessories including greasing and oiling for smooth operation of all hydrant, butterfly valves, pump, motor gland packing, sluice valve, hose reel, fire brigade connection, Hose box and keys and connected accessories including supply and replacement of unserviceable minor parts like inlet blank cap, chain , rubber seal, seal, O ring, washers, gland packing such that there should no leakage of water during pressure test of minimum 3.5 Kg/cm2 and easy fixing of male nozzles to any hydrant valves mentioned above complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Pressure test should be done in presence of user reprenstative and obtain sign on that all fire hydrant are in serviceable condition.

Supply & fixing in repairs MK2, FASD starter of capacity suitable for 15 HP pump set, 415 volts, 3 phase including connection of motor cable to starter and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs MK2, FASD starter of capacity suitable for 70/75 HP pump set, 415 volts, 3 phase including connection of motor cable to starter and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for disconnecting centrifugal pump 75 HP from motor, suction and delivery pipe line of any Make, model and taking down packing for removing and insertion of new shaft sleeves replacements or remove Bearing of replacement of mechanical seal and other connected parts using bearing puller gear and fix new bearing and greasing all parts, coupling pump to motor and check for proper shaft alignments such that no vibration produce during operation complete all as specified. NOTE : Pump Bearing will be paid separately.

Material & labour for disconnecting motor power cables of 75/70 HP electrical motor and decoupling from the pump sets, removing and taking down carefully and transporting to authorised workshop, dismantling stator and rotor carefully and rewinding stator assembly with supper enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge matching to existing gauge and cleaning of slots, core with carbon tetra chloride solution and apply two coats of insulation varnish and keep stator assembly in heating chamber to improve insulation strength, reassemble motor completely and transportation to site, coupling pump to motor and check for proper shaft alignments such that no vibration produce during operation coupling to pump with exact alignment, connect power cables to motor and testing after completion all as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of external surfaces of fire hose cabinets, Fire lines etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint colour red over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs damaged wired glass panes 6 mm thick suitable for existing fire cabinet outdoor/indoor type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for provision of full rehearsal/drill of fire fighting practice by opening the sluice valves, hydrant and landing valves, fixing of hose reel, checking serviceability of fire brigade inlets and other work required for the practice including required manning and instructions by Engineer-in-Charge and providing washers for hydrants as required at site. Note : Penalty at the rate of Rs. 5000 per building per month shall be imposed on the contractor in fire fighting practice is not carried out during a month.

Material & labour for Construction of brick masonry valve chamber in repair of size 1000 x 1000 x 1000 mm (internal dimension) (above GL 3.30 metre) suitable for fixing of sluice valves, 15cm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 over 15cm thick hardcore of broken stone, 23cm thick brick walls built in cement and mortar 1:4, 15mm thick internal and external plaster including top of floor in cement and sand mortar 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement,5 mm thick MS sheet cover on 50mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle frame embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 coping 50mm thick, having rectangular, hinged, opening of size 150 x 100mm with locking arrangements , hold fasts, etc, applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surfaces including earth work in any type of soil including disposal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified.

Taking down of old Fire Control panel and Supply, installation Testing & Commissioning of microprocessor based Networkable analogue Addressable up to 128 nodes 2 Loop Fire Alarm Control panel with Network cards -02 Nos, 7" Touchscreen LCD Display, the panel should be equipped with sufficient Nos of loop. The panel shall have capacity to take Addressable Intelligent Wireless Devices into the same loop via translator. Each loop shall have a capacity of 127 analogue addressable devices and 127 Base sounders/base sounder beacons and shall have up to 10,000 event logs history . Three Access Levels, capable of taking EN-54 LPCB approved devices. Panel shall support up to 5000 Cause & Effects entries, with up to 20,000 inputs controlling & 20,000 Controlling outputs across the network. EPROM sufficient no's of programmable relay control for controlling & monitoring of fire sprinkler & Fire Hydrant pump, 240 V AC power supply, automatic Battery Charger, 24 V sealed Lead acid batteries sufficient for 24 hours normal working & then be capable of operating the system for 24 hours during an emergency conditions as required. The Panel shall have provision of connectivity of BACNET/MODBUS/ Lonwok. Supply and fixing in repair response indicator of existing size including necessary wiring with suitable size copper conductor cable from the detector to RI all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs/Routine maintenance of fire detection and alarm system including testing complete with Microprocessor based fire alarm control panels ( Sailor block, New SOMA, Medical Store Dental Block - 02 Nos and Nursing Accn including attending the fire alarm system faults, testing checking including labour for replacement of unserviceable components mentioned below. The fire alarm system - 05 Nos with the following :-(a) Response Indicator.(b) Audio alarm (Hooter) (c) Manual Call Point. (d) Multisensor Detector.
