Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out from trenches, 100mm bore dia CI/DI pipe lines (including all fittings) with spigot & socket ends with lead joints etc. including taking out from joints complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Earth work & excavation shall be measured & paid for separately

M&L for relaying of old CI/DI pipe 100mm bore dia after clearing and removing all the accumulated sediments from the pipe, jointing the pipe and testing complete including joints, complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: Excavation and earth work & run lead joints shall be measured and paid separately]

Supplying ,laying, jointing & testing in trenches in repair DI pipe (K7) 100 mm bore with spigot and socketed ends centrifugally cast (spun cast) and including of rubber tyton joints, confirming to IS-8329 of 2000, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Earth work and CI specials/fittings of the pipes shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A' (ii) Joints of the pipes shall be included in the item quoted rates.

Supply and fix High density polyethylene pipes(HDPE) PE-80 with SDR-17of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 of size 110mm laid in trenches including bend, tees, , reducer etc flanged, etc and taking up or down and necessary cutting of existing pipe line and threding the same and dewatering work as required and removing from site including connector/jointer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix High density polyethylene pipes(HDPE) PE-80 with SDR-17of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 of size 75mm laid in trenches including bend, tees, reducer etc and taking up or down and necessary cutting of existing pipe line and threding the same and dewatering work as required and removing from site including connector/jointer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix High density polyethylene pipes(HDPE) PE-80 with SDR-17of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 of size 50mm laid in trenches including bend, tees, reducer etc etc and taking up or down and necessary cutting of existing pipe line and threding the same and dewatering work as required and removing from site including connector/jointer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix GI tubing and fitting, 80 mm bore medium grade from wall/ trenches and disconnecting from main distribution lines including all fittings like socket bend etc and taking up or down and necessary cutting of existing pipe line and threding the same and dewatering work as required and removing from site including taking down old unsv pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 11 above but 50 mm bore. Complete all as specified and directed.

(Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/2 0mm-210gms./25mm-455gms/ 40mm - 690 gms) and fixed ISI Marked approved quality including taking down old unsv valves,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for CI fitting for spigot & socket end pipes such as Bends (any type, radius and angle), Tapers any type (Straight, bend, increasing, universal joints, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee pieces single branch, `Y` junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs and mechanical joints etc upto 150 mm bore including removing/ dismantling of old CI fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair brass 25/50mm air release valve pressure rating (PN-1) and tamper proof with air outlets with nuts, bolts and washer and conforming to IS-14845 including cutting and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay M S Pipes of size 100 mm heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of sizes as shown, complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of old valve pit chamber and M&L for Construction of valve pit chamber of size 900 x 900 x 900 mm with 15 Cm thick PCC foundation in 1:4:8 type D2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) and 15 cm thick hard core, 20cm PCC solid block grade D - 5 masonary work built in CM (1:6), 15 mm thick internal & external plastering in CM (1:4), MS sheet cover 6 mm thick including 50 x 50 x 5 mm MS angle frame fixed in coping of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20 mm stone aggregate) making hole in valve chamber cover as per sluice valve location in side the valve chamber for insurtion of MS rod of 12 mm dia of 1.5m long along with valve spindle cap properly welded to ms rod with locking arrangement & painting with one coat of red oxide & two coats of black bituminous paint complete all as specified & directed including removing of extra soil from site. Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting out of hard standing,concrete blocks,slabs,brickwork or stone masonry (in alter nate course), forming tooth-ings for and bonding new work in mortar into old work, including new materials with complete and making good to the disturbed surface by using PCC of C1, 20 mm Grade 1:3:6 up to the depth for laying of water pipe line in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC Type C-1 ,1:3:6 by using ( 40 mm aggregatestone aggregate) to makeup of hardstanding/road etc copings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, testing and commissioning open well submersible pump, electric driven 415 V, TP suitable for 100/80 mm dia including re-installation in existing location complete upto15 HP inclusive of 40 metre long submersible cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in replacement Pipe cast Iron, S/S including specials, Class"B", 150mm(8") dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Digital Water Quality Tester, PH/ORP/EC/TDS/Temperature/Chlorine Meter 6 in1, High Precision Water Testing with Backlight,Water Tester for Drinking Water / Swimming Pool / Aquariums, Bluetooth Connection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair CI foot valve Ball150 mm type double end flanged/ drilled PN-0.2, ISI marked, with including necessary cutting of existing suction pipe line of any type and welding, jointing and jointing materials such nuts, bolts, washers, flange and rubber gaskets etc of any size with reinforced rubber nitrile ball including taking out unserviceable CI foot valve complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x3.15mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 4.00 M below normal ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 3.00 M below normal ground level , connected to and including copper strip 32x6 mm dia as earth lead soldered and riveted to earth plate by means of nuts, bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board protected by galvanised iron medium grade pipe 40mm bore in wall/floor/and GI Pipe 40 mm bore light grade for watering with funnel and wire mesh PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC pit cover including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning slurry approved soil and disposed of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr away all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 ( Part-I). Notes for srl Item No. 3.06 & 3.07. (a) The unit rate shall include for GI protection pipe, GI watering pipe, wire mesh, funnel and excavation, RCC pit cover, test point, galvanised iron strip from top of earth plate upto 7.5 metres above ground level and if GI protection pipe is less than 7.5 metres, no price adjustment shall be made. (b) If the testing result of earthing work is not found satisfactory then the contractor shall do another earthing work at his own cost and nothing shall be permissible on this account. (c) Earthing work will be carried out in presence of MES representative.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius using modular bricks built in cement mortar (1:4) Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 1.60 mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding,steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws,clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up and welding handle for lifting, mitred angles, etc as required complete all as specified and directed.
