M & L for Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking,welding (if required) bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) Quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165 )

S & F for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) having dia of neck 10-15mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 10cm but n exc 15cm long complete all as specified and as directed

S & F of Galvanized wire chain link mesh with PVC coating of size 40x40mm aperture having 5mm dia wire (4mm dia wire plus 1mm PVC coating) zinc coated, not less than 5.0kg/Sqm (weight after applying a maximum pull) and shall conform to IS:2712-2003, chain link wire to withstand tensile strength of 400 to 500 MPa, made up into fencing, mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including securing to steel post with straining bolts, binding wire etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The chain link mesh should be fixed stiff and intact to the steel post without any wavy. The chain link mesh should stand true horizontal irrespective of existing site condition without hagging or sagging to maintain uniformity.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide zinc crome primer on Surfaces of any description,over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise describedcomplete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar.

Roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate Cement concrete as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut laterite stone masonry wall of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing for laying in dado/ wall cladding etc compelete all as specified.

M & L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. Note: The granite stone slabs of 1st quality available in the market, Zblack/ultra black, closely and uniformly grained pattern with ultra glossy texture and as approved by Eng-in-charge.

M & L for rounding to edges of granite and marble stone slabs one edge, such as in copings, steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations.

M & L for 15-20mm thick Natural stone claddings having size 600mmx150mm of approved colour and texture by Eng-in-charge incluidng wire mesh at the rear side of stones for durability and bonding as in floors, walls etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement including mixing of Araldite adhesive or equivalent for proper bonding of stone slabs on walls to match compelete all as specified.

S&F of 20-25mm thick WPC (Wooden polymer composite) flute panel/sheet interlocked indepentently through clamps and fixed over MS/GI/Alu frame work spaced at 300mm c/c through anti corrosive, self tapping nickel screws. WPC decorative louvers with array of hollow section for thermal insulation suitable for interior wall cladding applications. The flute panels with the wooden texture, design and colour as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The wall cladding should be fixed with charcoal flute panel of required thickness to match with the WPC flute panel at selected location of walls as a highlighter. The flute panel should be cut and fixed at 45 degree to eliminate visibility of cross section of fute panels at the corners/edges of wall. Fixing of panels should be with no gap inbetween floor and wall/ceiling. (Note: The rate quoted includes fabrication of MS/GI/Alu frame work and fixing/installation of WPC/Charcoal flute panel. The WPC/Charcoal flute panel with stain proof, scratch, water and fire resistance as per relevant IS/National building code)

S & F of Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections, three or four track section, appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, wheel section for sliding etc. all complete as per architectural drawings and colour, texture of the powder coatings as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F of Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, wheel section for sliding etc. all complete as per architectural drawings and colour, texture of the powder coatings as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 9mm thick Prelaminated particleboard, interior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice lamination fixed with screws to timber/Aluminium frame work as in partition etc.

S&F of Aluminium anodised,barrel tower bolts of extruded section of size 200 mm long etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Aluminium handles, cast type, anodised of size 150 mm long etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of Screen wall fountain made with SS 304 grade structural frame and 12mm thick toughened glass screen wall along with colour etching of approved logo and fonts including the following necessary fittings and fixtures. (a) 12mm thick toughened glass champered edges of size 2.0x1.80m (Min size of 2.0x1.80m however it can vary slightly as per site requirement) along with the chemical colour etching to exhibit "INDIAN COAST GUARD RATNAGIRI" and "भारतीय तटरक्षक दल" (English and Hindi) in 200mm font height and the approved logo of Indian Coast Guard of size 900x750mm as well as higlighter border all around the glass panel and other details as required by the station. (b) SS 304 grade structural steel frame at bottom, sides and top to supoort 12mm thick toughened glass through SS channel along with D brackets to secure the glass tightly, 18 gauze sheet (curve shape) with reinforced edges, notches for pebble tray scrach proof brushed fnish. (c) A bottom water reservoir of height 300mm and length throughout the fountain, a water reservoir at the top with nozzles and 05 Nos of spot light in the ceilings completely encased with SS panels. (d) A submersible pump of suitable capacity to lift the water from bottom to the top of the reservoir for continious flow of water over the screen wall. (e) SS panel at the top of the reservoir to cover it and place stone pebbles and artificial grass. (f) LED strip lights at the sides of SS frames to illuminate the screen wall fountain.(g) Synthetic header pipe for nozzles in synthetic non-corrosive material for fixing inside the top reservoir. (h) 3 watts waterproof pelmet lights 10 Nos in warm white shade in round shape with cob fittings back blue lights, light driver with advanced features and cutting-edge technology, this driver ensures optimal illumination with precise control. (j) The electrical fittings and wirings should be encased through conduits, and fixed systematically to avoid entangle. (k) 03 Nos of miniature sprinkler over the reservoir. Note: Complete installation of the above fountain with minor changes on site if and when required, Water proof joints for pump and other electrical equipment's, Leakage testing with pressure pump & labour charges including 01 year of comprehensive guarantee and maintenance.
