Material and Labour for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down roof trusses, coupled rafters or trussed beams complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 410-w(Gde-E-250 quality), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in 75mm thick as in plinth protection. finished even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fix Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wall and celling boards (fibres pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fix Anodised aluminium size 605 x 605 mm snap grid frame work for false ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fix Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fix 10mm thick PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm printed PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium/G.I./M.S. as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for complete removal of existing treatment from walls by scrapping with mechanical grinder with RPM not less than 1500 and using sanding pad of 240 grit. Providing and applying 1 coat of Fiber reinforced PU binder elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing membrane, impregnated with synthetic fibre suitable for vertical walls and parapet walls, which can bear upto 7 bar hydrostatic pressure with forced consumption of 35-40sqft/1ltr with 5 Years Waterproofing warranty. Followed by two or more (40% diluted) coats of (wheathercoat glow Berger paints)) 100% Acrylic smooth emulsion with silicon additives with rich Sheen and having resistance to growth of algae, Excellent (DPUR) resistance to dust accumulation, resistance to fading of colors and longevity of 5 years to obtain an acceptable finish by Engr-in-Charge. The surface should be checked for cracks and should be filled with fiber reinforced crack filler (Crackseal) for upto 3 mm cracks and bigger cracks should be filled with polymer modified cement. Surface should be free from any loose paint, dust, or grease. Mixing to be done with multipurpose mixer applying two coats of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint white or coloured with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine with flow speed of max 6 Iitre per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI by the skilled labour over one coat of primer including necessary scaffolding all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The Item rate is inclusive of all materials with wastage, labor, Tools, Tackles, Consumables, Scaffolding, etc. Make: Berger Paints DampstopElasto is to be applied as waterproofing membrane & weathercoat glow exterior paints. Notes:- (i) Work will be strictly executed by mechanised means/ tools as required for smart periodical services (ii) Allow for 6-8 hours to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed. (iii) The contractor shall carry out the above smart periodical work through OEM via 'Memorandum of Understanding' (MOU) with any one manufacturer as mentioned in the contract as approved by the GE. Necessary photographic evidence shall be maintained.

Material and Labour for complete removal of existing treatment from wall and ceiling by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc including preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, cornices, asbestos sheet as false ceiling and any description etc and applying (multipurpose mixer) wall care putty upto 2 mm thick and applying two coats of oil bound distemper white or coloured with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine with flow speed of max 6 litres per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI by the skilled labour over one coat of primer including necessary scaffolding all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- (i) Work will be strictly executed by mechanised means/ tools as required for smart periodical services (ii) Allow for 6-8 hours to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed. (iii) The contractor shall carry out the above smart periodical work through OEM via 'Memorandum of Understanding' (MOU) with any one manufacturer as mentioned in the contract as approved by the GE. Necessary photographic evidence shall be maintained.

Material and Labour for preparation of new surfaces of steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not exc 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rebuilding the section of damaged RCC elements to its original size in thickness upto required thickness by providing and casting with ready to use non-shrink, cementitious free flow micro-concrete having compressive strength more than 35N/Sqmm(28 days) according to ASTM C 1107-99 including, drilling holes and fixing shear connectors, mixing the micro concrete with adequate quantity of water, placing, levelling the surface by grinding off cementitious slurry or cementitious joints differences if any and curing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes: (i) Rate included for any height of bldg. (ii) Rates including jacketing, formwork including bonding agent all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for injecting chemical GLYPHOSPHATE (4% Concentration) of 20 mL or till refusal by making cut / injection in the stem of plant of roots at 30 mm and spraying with solution 25 mL GLYPHOSPHATE (4% concentration diluted with 1 litre of water) and removing the Plant / vegetation of following girth including penetrated roots complete including necessary scaffolding etc for plants / vegetation of size 0-20 cm girth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for buildings.

Material and Labour for Silicon gun paste around windows of any type and size including any height of the building by using scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling build in Cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 type C1, 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for 20mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on external surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on internal surface of brick wall or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for 5 mm thick cement based plaster in CM 1:3 on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of walls plastered or unplastered, washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper on walls over a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for providing and applying wall care putty of 1mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of old distempered surfaces of walls including washing, rubbing down and stopping of nail holes and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (oil emulsion) on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces or previously untreated surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of old surfaces of ceilings including cornices, etc and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of old surfaces and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
