Mixing to be done with multipurpose mixer applying two coats of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint white or coloured with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine with flow speed of max 6 Iitre per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI by the skilled labour over one coat of primer including necessary scaffolding all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The Item rate is inclusive of all materials with wastage, labor, Tools, Tackles, Consumables, Scaffolding, etc. Make: Berger Paints DampstopElasto is to be applied as waterproofing membrane & weathercoat glow exterior paints.
Notes:- (i) Work will be strictly executed by mechanised means/ tools as required for smart periodical services (ii) Allow for 6-8 hours to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.
