Note- (a)Removal and refixing of false ceiling and drilling holes in walls is deemed to be included in above quoted rates. Removing of existing fan carefully and refixing it back to its original position with a new long down rod and make it operational with painting, rewinding and service complete in all respect all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

removing of existing fire alarm cable carefully, disconnect the dectectors/fire alarm hooter and refixing them on false ceiling/wall with proper care , all items needs to refix the detectors and hooter to be included except fire fighting cable, all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge,

material and labour for removal of sprinklers from existing location as directed and thoroughly lowering them below the height of false ceiling including cutting of 25 mm C calss GI pipe and painting it with one coat of primer and two coats red paint including fixing of metal plate for mounting of sprinklers , afterwerds reinstallation of sprinklers to the lowered height and test them to make leake proof all the spare parts, pipe, metal plate, testing equipment needed are included in quoted rates, any other material left for testing is also included all as per directed by engineer in-charge.

Supply, installation, test and commissioning of ISI Marked 2 core x 1.5 Sqmm, Multistrand Copper, FRLS Armoured cable, RED in Colour, laid on surface with GI saddle-spacers every 0.3 meters. Complete with GI Junction Box, lugs, cable compression glands, cable tags and Ferruling through PVC conduits all as specified & directed.
