Material and labour for laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen of VG-30 grade, mixed in computerised Hot Mix Plant and spread by means of self propelled Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical power road rolled 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes: (i) The mix design shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE before commencement of work. (ii) In the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of the binder content on minus side, the difference in quantity of binder content will be adjusted through supply only rate of Rs. 40.00 per Kg of grade of VG-30 bitumen. However no adjustment shall be applicable is excess quantity of binder content is used/ approved in the execution of work under this item. (iii) The work shall be carried out by using mechanical paver.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam consolidated thickness 75mm or less using 4% binder i.e., paving bitumen grade VG-30 by weight or total mix and aggregate mixed in computerized hot mix plant, laid rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with the help of mechanical paver and power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 2.5mm thick road marking strips (high retro-reflective) painting centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows letters etc., on roads, pavement and like by applying reflective thermoplastic paint in white/ yellow colour pattern as specified strips confirming to BS:3262 (5 Kg/sqm) with glass beads potters 3(250 gms) and 10 cm/15 cm wide strips on bituminous road surface and road marking (by Hot Mechanical process with Road Marking Machine) including complete removal of dust particle by wire brushes or sweeping with brooms complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs 75mm dia 900mm over all length powder coated metal tubular delinator, duly pasted with three coloured high intensity prismatic reflective tape. Embedded in PCC block of size 300x300x300mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work and earth work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100x100x20mm with PAMA strip lens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with 12mm dia 120mm long MS stud over epoxy screed of suitable size confirming to IRC 67-1977 having capacity of 40 tonnes as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs solar studs of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm made from aluminium ally and construction. Solar powered by nanocrystal solar panel, type of battery rechargeable minimum 2.5V, 500MHA, LED both sides (03 each side) display colour red, visual distance approx 800mtr in working temperature (10 degree to 70 degree centigrade) with starting intensity 300 Lux, Minimum approx weight 900 grms, water resistance made up high compressive material can sustain over 10 tonnes with one year replacement warranty, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
