Supply only water proofing compound

Chipping, removing carefully loose/damaged concrete incl plastering (total thickness upto 60mm ) from RCC surfaces of columns, beams,Chajas, soffits of slabs etc by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc and disposal of debris out side MOD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Hard concrete shall not be removed by force. (upto 12.0m height of bldg or 5 storey bldg)

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hour between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. [Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area covered between the end to end reinforcement bars (i.e., concrete area excluding all side covers) will be measured.]

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using IPNET-RB of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area covered between the end to end reinforcement bars (i.e., concrete area excluding all side covers) will be measured.

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith-PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit, upto 20mm thickness while the bonding agent is still tacking, including levelling, profiling etc, complete all as specified and directed. (upto 12.0m height of bldg or 5 storey bldg)

M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith-PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit while the bonding agent is still tacking, exceeding 20mm thickness and not exceeding 40mm thickness in two layers, each layer not exceeding 20mm, including levelling, profiling etc, complete all as specified and directed. (upto 12.0m height of bldg or 5 storey bldg)

M&L for casting & repairing of excessively damaged distressed RCC members (exceeding 60mm in thickness) with prebatched, prepacked, single component ready to use microconcrete from Fosroc (Renderoc RG) or equivalent of Dr. Fixit as approved by GE, at any level/ height and at any lead or lift as directed including prefabricated water tight formwork, centering, scaffolding, also including mixing , laying, levelling, finishing, curing etc as per manufacturer's specifications and all other relevant works, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement only shall be measured and paid separately).

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with roller finish over one coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with roller finish including preparatory to distemper surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over Old existing paint surfaces by scraping, washing with high pressure pumps rubbbing etc surface of walls ,chajjas, soffits & beam including necessary double scaffolding (building ht upto 24mtr) with out damages the existing wall surface etc, complete all as per manufacturer instruction and all as specified and directed. (Note: The contractor will enter into triparty aggrement with manufacturers ,MES as one party regarding the gurantee clause of Seven/Ten years.)

M&L for leakage / seepage proof coating consisting of preparing the old surfaces of existing exterior walls, parapet walls, chajjas, soffit of beams, columns etc. and applying Primeseal primer of M/s Dr Fixit or equivalent chemical of M/s STP Ltd as approved by the GE or one coat of Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (and allowing to dry for 8hrs) under torch dry condition and subsequently applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system Raincoat of M/s Dr Fixit with DFT 100microns or Shalicryl 215 of M/s STP Ltd or Dulex or Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (the surfaces after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry for 6 to 8hours before application of next coat) including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified & directed. Notes (i) The aforesaid treatment shall be got executed by the contractor from the authorised applicator of the manufacturer(s) and also necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE.

S&F in repair mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings etc, with ends of bars shouldered or rebated or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe -290 Grade -E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1151-1998 grade St-240 complete including dismantling all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled sections as in brackets for resting of chajjas ,purlin ,rafter and similar work, conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde-E-250, quality `B') and including all relevant works, complete including dismantling all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description , over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of red oxide zinc chrome, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing plant/growth including its roots at any location/at any storey and of any description and treating the surfaces with Acid (HCL) and making good surfaces with cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC work (any location) carefully without damaging the existing structures / surfaces (including cutting of the reinforcement as required to facilitate dismantling) as in roofs, walls, Chajja etc and similar work by chiseling/wooden mallet / other suitable mechanical means and removal of debris outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : upto 5 storey height of the bldg)

M&L for providing TMT bars any dia in various structural RCC elements like columns, beams, Slabs etc. including cutting, bending, fixing of bars with welding/ tying as required at site with & including binding wires etc. and all relevant works like anchoring of the bars in the existing RCC Members, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC (M 30) (Design Mix) as in walls, beams, columns etc including necessary formwork etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs 15mm bore GI tubing, medium grade with and including all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, including taking down old Pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repairs 20mm bore GI tubing, medium grade with and including all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors,including taking down old Pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and Installation of MFMA Approved Graded US Maple wood flooring Tachnical Spacification :Maple Wood Flooring 21-23mm thick to be laid over 75x40mm Chemically treated pine wood Runners.Rubberised shock pad of 10mm thicknessb to be laid beneath runners for shock absorbtion and stability. The system includes sanding and polishing the top maplewood surface using PU based antiskid sports polish including dismantling of existing wooden flooring,dismantling of existing court flooring including removal of Maple Flooring,Pine wood Runner and shock pads. The entire removed flooring to be staked by engaging skilld man power including all game marking as per instuction complete all as specified and directed. (Note:The rates includes to prepare the surface to recieve the wooden flooring to resist any termite attack and make damp proof with a gurantee of Three years and including Annual maintenance contract (AMC) including sanding, filling gaps in wooden flooring , polishing ,anti termite treatment both side wooden damage and termite damage replacement warranty three years)

M&L cement plaster (1:3) with 10 mm thick to be finished smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement, , complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course over RCC roof/ terrace surfaces to achieve required slope, benching etc including making rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as "supply only".

M & L for 3 mm thk APP modified roof treatment over existing roof slab etc to be executed through approved authorised applicator of the membrane manufacturer with the following specifications including dismantling / taking out existing water proofing treatmentcomplete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/ Sqm manufactured by the same manufacturer as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on the prepared dry surface. (b) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester fibre weight not less than 160gm/Sqcm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. (c) Physical properties of membrane shall be as under:- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160gm /sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650N/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 N/Sqcm (v) Tear strength-longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation : 20% in both directions. (vii) Impermeability/water tightness at 2 Kgf/cm2. (viii) Water absorption - Not more than 1% on mass within 24 hours. (ix) Cold flexibility - Minimum (-) 20C. (x) Dimentional stability % change = Maximum 1%. (xi) thickness of memberane shall not less than 3 mm. Note bitumen primer will be meaasured seperately

Bitumen primer for use inwaterproofing and damp-proofing treatments

M & L for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stop or lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar ands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelrs, apex stones , bed plates including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and diected.

M&L for Drilling and rohibb teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100 mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 500 centre to centre in staggered manner or as directed by Engr-in-charge in RCC structural element work shall be carried out as under:- (i) Cleaning of holes, clean the holes by air bowler prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles, Insert 12mm dia Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes, External end of nozzles to be machince to recive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for minimum 12 hrs

M & L for Grouting injecting low viscosity high moleculer weight thermosett /monopol or equivalent polymer by pressure and using injecter with accessorises till nozzles refused the accept the grout incliding , mixing of materials , mixing material components quantities as per mfg instruction by weight batching grouting fill the grouting gun with material maintain desired pressure in the gun air by compreser maintion thr pressure at exit ( 3 to 4 kg / cm2 ) by monitering pressure gauge at exit ., gout the material through pre fixed nozzles in the structurel elements till its refusal . seal the nozzles with putty after the refusal , moniter leakages through other nozzles while grouting and seal them as per requirement complete all as specfied and directed.

Disconnecting existing water storage tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs to roof below, and replacing (or hoisting if required), re-fixing in position and re-connecting on completion of roof work complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge for the following capacities: (a) upto and including 1000litres Note : A sum of Rs. 53,600.00 towards sch of credit shall be deducted to arrive the contract sum
