Material & labour for concealed point wiring with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm size 1100 volts grade drawn through and including non metalic PVC casing& caping not less than 25mm width with all accessories fixed on wall including FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuty conductor connecting to common earth dolly and PVC moulded box ISI marked for having the switches, switch sockets regulator etc complete all as specified for following:-

One light point controlled by one switch.

One fan/bell point controlled by one switch.

One 5A switch socket combination on independent board

One 5A flush type switch socket point on same board

One 15 Amps switch socket on independent board

Material & labour for concealed point wiring (work station for computer) complete with proper clour coding using PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 4.0 sqmm size, 1100 volts, ISI marked, FRLS grade drawn through and including non metalic rigid, double lock, ISI marked, not less than 25mm casing caping with all accessories such as tee, bends, elbow, reducers, junction box etcfixed on wall/ceiling/truss and one run of PVC insulated unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable of 2.5sqmm size, 1100 volts, ISI marked, FRLS grade green colour as earth continuty conductor connected to common earth dolly with and including modular box with cover plate frame in any module complete necessary electric connection for each workstation point comprising of 03 Nos 6A sockets and 01 No 15A socket on same board complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Colour coding shall be folowed as (i) Phase- Red (ii) Neutral - Black (iii) Earth - green

Material & labour for sub-main wiring with 2 runs of 4.0sqmm and 1 run of 4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable with proper colour coding drawn through and including non metallic PVC casing & caping not less than 25mm width ISI marked with all accessories like PVC elbow, PVC Tee, etc fixed on wallscomplete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for sub-main wiring with 4 runs of 4.0sqmm and 1 run of 4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable with proper colour coding drawn through and including non metallic PVC casing & caping not less than 25mm width ISI marked with all accessories like PVC elbow, PVC Tee, etc fixed on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 20W (min 110 lumen per watt) , 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing switch piano, modular type 1 way 6 amps 1 module 240 volts flush type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing switch piano, modular type 1 way 16 amps 1 module 240 volts flush type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing modular socket, 6A-2/3 pin 240 volts AC combined 2 module complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing for modular fan regulator, MODULAR type 1way 120W, 2module 240 volts flush type, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose surface bakelite three terminal of size 60x50 mm,240 Volts AC complete.

Supply & fixing in repair Distribution Board double door, prewired type, made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 54 & IK 09 protection surface mounting VTPN 8 way, 440 volts with bus bar rating 100 Amps, dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCB’s etc complete all as directed. (Note : The cost of removing old wooden box and making good of surface i.e. brick work, plastering etc is included in quoted rate)

Supply and fixing MCCB 4pole 125A, 16KA, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 6-32 Amps, 10KA, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 40-63 Amps, 10KA, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN 40-63 Amps, 10KA, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply , fixing, testing in repairs of JEF ECO SAFE Maintenance Free Grounding Solution set comprising of High tensile low carbon steel rod of 3 Mts length & 25 mm dia with 250 micron ( averaSchneider ) molecularly bonded copper on the outer surface to confirm with requirements of UL467 along with Back-fill compound strictly be a Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive ( Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. JEF Powerfill Loresco compound shall be supplied in 50 Pound Bag. ( 1 Bag of 50 Pounds required per earthing set). Back-fill comound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. A suitable earth terminaton clamp should also be supplied along with the set alongwith earth pit weatherproof incl all as specified . Note : Back-fill compund shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole.

Material & labour for 4mm GI wire earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall or buried in ground and fixed to panel/transformer alongwith 20mm gi pipe light grade for protection.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure with 2 pin and earth plug and socket complete with single pole MCB of 20 Amps all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure with 3 pin and earth plug and socket complete with triple pole MCB of 63 Amps all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing wall mounted fan, 400mm sweep 240 volt 50 Hz AC, as per site requirement and all connected accessories and civil work , incl taking down and submitting to MES store complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay in repair cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured , electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 3.5 core laid in duct/along pole/wall tc including making connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay in repair cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured , electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core laid in duct/along pole/wall tc including making connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for item No. 36, 37, 39: The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is incl in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it.

Supply & fixing of LED Garden light 9 watt (min 120 lumen per watt), cylindrical shaped integral decorative LED bollard with opal acrylic diffuser and IP 65 with all accessories including PCC foundation tapper plug bolts, nuts, screwed etc complete all as specified and directed incl FRP looping box.

Supply and lay in repair cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured , electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 3.5 core laid in duct/along pole/wall tc including making connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing LED Flood light 100 watt (min 110 lumen per watt), PDC aluminium housing with aim & adjustable bracket, modular liner flood light, smd LED with secondary lens with secondary lens with IP66 protection complete with all accessories and fixing arrangement all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED luminaire 2ft x 2ft, 35/36 watt (min 110 lumen per watt), 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
