Material and labour for laying bituminous with plastic premix semidense asphaltic premix concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 6% binder content by weight of which 92% to be of bitumen of VG-30) grade and 8% to be of waste plastic used should be of only low density polythene or high density polythene and not to be heated more than 180 degree centrigrade while mixing of waste plastic should be done using dry mixing process as per para 6.1 of IRC :SP :98-2013 (available on open media). The waste plastic will not be provided by the department and the contractor is directed to refer IRC:SP:98-2013 and IRC III 2009 before quoting the SP (98-2013 and IRC III 2009 before quoting the rates complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes: (i) The mix design shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE before commencement of work. (ii) In the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of the bonder content on minus side, the difference in quantity of binder content will be adjusted through supply only rate of Rs 36.0 per Kg of grade of VG-30 bitumen. However no adjustement shall be applicable is excess quantity of binder content is used/approved in the execution of work under this item.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam, 75mm or less consolidated thickness by using paving bitumen VG-30 grade with binder content @ 4% by weight of total mix, laying with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam, more than 75mm consolidated thickness by using paving bitumen VG-30 grade with binder content @ 4% by weight of total mix, laying with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new/old concrete kerb stone surfaces and applying two coats of retro-reflective enamel paint of any colors and pattern complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs LED kerb stone of size 500x150x200mm made out of 5 foundations rods ensuring complete protection against theft and having a LED strip of length 470mm with 22 nos LED which is plastic coated and having adequates number of connectors and one power supply kit complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) Item includes connection to main electric supply from near by electric sources.

Material and labour for applying retro reflective thermoplastic road marking with mechanically painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc., of material in white/yellow colour pattern as specified strips, 2.5mm thick not exc 10 cm width as per manufacturer's instructions on black top surfaces of road including cleaning of road surface, free from dust and moisture and putting in glass beads of standard size by dropping method complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd as per manufactures instructions etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly each reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of solid/liquid mud/stone boulder/any type of solid content including mud, brick bats, empty containers of any type, rags, polythene or similar items deposited in opening of culvert and around 5m etc. bottom surface of culvert should be visible after cleaning process. any type of waste recovered from culvert shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (a) Opening size RCC pipe of dia 450mm (b) Box type culvert 1mx1m.

Removing, chipping and cleaning of existing loose and damaged concrete carefully upto 60mm thickness by low impact high frequency hammer or by manual chipping wihtout damaging the existing concrete including cleaning the surface by air jet and stacking & disposal of unserviceable materials outside the premises including all necessary scaffolding, safety net, props, etc. as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing, mixing and applying two component epoxy resin concrete bonding coat on prepared RCC surfaces prior to application of any type of repair mortar or microconcrete as per manufacturer's specification including cleaning of surface to remove all dirt, dust or any other impurities, etc. including necessary scaffolding work, all complete as specified and directed. The product should comply with ASTM C 881 Type II Grade 2 Class B+C complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rebuilding the section of damaged RCC elements to its original size in thickness upto 60mm by providing and casting with ready to use non shrink, cemntitious free flow micro-concrete having having compressive strength 60 N/sqmm (28 days) according to ASTM C 1107-99 including, drilling holes and fixing shear connectors, mixing the microconcrete with adequate quantity of water, placing, levelling the surface by grinding off cementitious slurry or cementitious joints diffencess if any and curing complete all as specified and directed. The rate to include cost of scaffolding as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for formwork to sides of rough finish surfaces of concrete pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, and stanchions fair finished surfaces of concrete etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for wearing surface (moorum/red bajri) 75mm consolidated thickness with moorum/ red bajri spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required in road side berm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material exc 1.50 km but not exc 5 km and depositing where directed for soils complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
