Supply , laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened pvc bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured , electric power cables ( heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 4 core 16 Sqmm all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying of Telerex DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 50 mm and inner dia 38 mm polythylene with smoooth inernal and profiled external surface for non pressue under ground cable incl couplers & bends complete all as specified.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete type D-2 , 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete all as directed.

S&F heritage achitectural ornamental decorative cast iron pole of 2.5 Mtr hight having provision to fix decorative light fixture. The pole shall have ornamental base of approx overall height 780mm and bottom dia 325mm with a provision of inbuilt junction box for connection 4 core XLPE cable with three phase connector and MCB SP 10Amps with detachable window cover. The part above ornamental base design consists of decorative sections of circular shapes & rings in different dimention is made of cast iron in fine finish. The design of the cast iron part is cearly as per Cat No MZ-DP-0730 of Mechanize Engineering make having ornamental double side bracket for hanging of flower pot/basket. Colour specificaiton & finishing process shall be as per ISI standard. All the parts of pole shall be made of cast iron and casting must be of FG-150 grade as per IS 210(2009) standard and cleanded by SHOT blasting process. The pole shall have Ist layer with primer, 2nd layer with epoxy primer & 3rd final layer with PU paint of customised colour metallic grey & some part in golder colour. The ornamental LED light fitting of 60W shall be made of aluminum having height nearly 605mm & width 735mm with bottom pipe also having suitable adapter for fixing with pole complete all as specified and directed. Supply & Laying of Telerex DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 50 mm and inner dia 38 mm polythylene with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable incl couplers & bends complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and making good surface for laying /removing of cable all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

(a) Soft/loose soil

(b) Hard/dense soil

Returning filling in excavated soil in trenches, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil to distance n exc 50 metre all as specified and directed.

M & L for GI tubing light grade with including all fittings for protection of cable laid in tranches or fixing to pole ducts/road crossing/on wall with suitable size of FI clamp complete of 40 mm bore all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 x 60 x 0.6 cms thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth of not less than 2.25 Mtrs below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron wire 4mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, 40 mm dia GI tubing light grade protection pipe upto test point, 20 mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC pit 1:3:6 with pit cover of size 30x30 CM made of RCC 1:3:6 with suitable handle, angle iron frame of angle iron size 40 x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, removal of surplus soil and returning filling in all as required at site all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F High galvanized mast light 15 Mtr high suitable for 6 to 9 lantern symmetrically fitted along with their control gear and having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 97/19 guage and double drum winch i.e motorised and manual with luminaire mounting arm, pully assembly, aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike including RCC foundation as per height and electric control panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED flood light fitting 200/210 watt with secondary optics made in pressure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminium extrusion and IP66 Protection with high luminous efficacy of 120 lm/w complete all as specified and directed (06 Nos on each high mast)

Supply, install testing and commissioning outdoor cubical feeder pillar box/LT panel suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 Hz supply system and size not less than 1.5 mtr x 1.5 mtr x 0.5 mtr powder coating provided with suitable to make it dust/vermin proof. The panel shall be made with 3mm thick CRCA sheet for outer shell and inner shell made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet,double door with front and back openable with locking arrangement, provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom, inner shell be compartmentalized, front openable single door system lockable. Inner shell completely vermin proof and to accommodate incoming/outgoing MCCBs, MCBs and TPN aluminium bus and extension links. Aluminium bus bar of capacity 150 Amps- 3Nos, 150 Amps-01 No neutral duly insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size/rating of epoxy resin insulator all housed in suitable bus bar chamber.

Item No 18 contd.... All control wires shall be with 2.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductors and shall be properly bunched,tied, ferrulled for proper indentification and crimped with adequate size of lugs and provision and fixing of digital Voltmeter,Ammeter with built in selector switch, CTs of suitable ratio, and pilot indication lamps complete along with provision of necessary cable entry/exit boxes for all incoming and out going cables with suitable cable glands etc.The panel shall be mounted on 50x50x6mm angle iron stand of height 45cm above ground and 45 cm embeded in ground on suitable PCC foundations. Computer cut shelf adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone & skull be provided. The panel shall consists of following accessories:-
