Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of cables and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting of PCC/ Hard standing/ WBM road not exceeding 20 cm in width not exceeding 30 cm in depth for passing of LT cable and making good of disturbed surface to match with the existing surfaces by using old and new material i.e bitumen/PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for DWC pipe of 63 mm dia for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable copper wire, Supply and fix 2 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed weather proof multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in GI conduit, pole etc from junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and Taking out old unserviceable street Light fittings and Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Integral LED street light luminarie 45 Watt die cast aluminium housing designed to act as heat sink for efficient dissipation of heat. Elecrochemically brightened and anodized aluminium reflector. Heat resistant toughened glass is provided with die cast aluminium frame. (IK 08) luminarie provided with a mounting bracket for aiming adjustment. Driver is provided with input voltage surge (4kV), open and short circuit protection. system wattage 45 W and power lumen efficacy 120 lum/w complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and Taking down old unserviceable cable junction boxes and Supply and fix thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 55/IP 65 with metric knockout for cable entry with terminal of size 210x155x92 mm on pole with MS clamps, nut bolts, washers and glands suitable for 16 sq mm 04 core cable with RYB cable terminal Bloack and all as specified and directed . Make: Hansel Cat No DK 1600 G or equivalent in Neptune/ Sintex

Material and labour for PCC cable route indicator in mix of 1:2:4 type B1of size 450x200x100 mm with ovel shapeand writing the letter LT cable with synthtic ennamel paint over a coat of yellow paint and embedded with PCC foundation type D2 1:4:8 of size minimum 250mm deapth including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation LT Electric control panel, cubical type, for out door use floor mounted made out of CRCA outer sheet of 3 mm thick and inner sheet of 2 mm thick and angle iron legs of size 50mmx50mmx5mm having front and rear open hinged doors with front openable shutters for each MCCB with spreader with fully enclosed bus bar chamber, having insulated bas bar made but of aluminium strips of rating 400 amps for 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 C/S 4 wire system, with cable entry provision, with suitable lugs gland, voltmeter , Ammeter,CTs and phase indicator complete, duly painted with two coats of stove enameled powder coated paint over as coat of red oxide primer complete and nut,bolt,washers for connection of cable, including necessary PCC work of height 45 cm from ground level and white washing to the platform all as specified and equipped with the following items :- (Loc :Sub Station Annex Bldg). Material and labour for new earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI strip 25X4mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete. Note : GI strip and protection pipes 40 mm GI light grade up to 7.5 metre is included in unit rate and beyond that the same will be measured separately.

Material and labour for Earth continuty conductor or main earthing lead as 25x4 mm GI strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chasses or burried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to pole or any other situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directe.
